No but since they said 5-7 days I will give it to next week and then file the dispute. No update in their system of the refund just order confirmed still.

The THIRD TRY on this 75" blanket arrived today. The first one was 60". The second was missing a liner.
THIS ONE IS 81".
I don’t know if I should laugh or cry.

Retail shipping 101: check the package to make sure the item matches the label and the order! Especially if the customer has already been sent the wrong one!

But I can see why they’re having fulfillment issues…their inventory system stock counts can’t possibly match their actual stock with all these wrong sizes going out the door.
Hey @IPEsq didn’t you need the 81"? Maybe Jeffers can send me a shipping label to send this one to you, rather than back to them

I got an email this afternoon that they processed the refund for the 60" I returned from my first order.
They have not. They haven’t even responded to my email from yesterday asking for a resolution that didn’t require waiting 5-7 days for them to process a reshipment before the could consider resending a new tracking. I told them I needed a refund or. Tracking number. Radio silence.
It turns out, they probably were waiting for someone to return the 81 and didn’t want say anything.

They’re capable of sending a 75 with liners, because that’s what I ordered and received. The mind boggles!

Well, I’ll add my Rhino weirdness. No problem with shipping; I ordered it from Dressage Extensions when they had the spend 200 get a 100 gift card. I ordered a 78 heavyweight wug…same size as all my mare’s other blankets. Tried it on her today, and I have no idea what the heck, but it was so small I could barely clip the chest. Checked to make sure it was the right size and yes 78 like she always wears. Put her sheet and medium weight on just to make sure I wasn’t dreaming, then tried the heavyweight again. Definitely way too small. Sigh… going to send it back and get an 81 which I’m sure will be humongous! Wish I didn’t love the Rhino wugs so much!

I bought a used Rambo sheet and the waterproofing completely failed yesterday. My new gelding is not meant to have blankets!

@pompeiii @IPEsq I’m seriously not opposed at all to trying to send either of you the 81. It doesn’t seem ridiculous and saves Jeffers from having to ship it back and then out again? I’m waiting to hear from them how they want to handle the 75" thing but am happy to ask if the 81" can go to another customer directly. Shoot me your order number and zip? I’m sorry I don’t have two of them
And @IPEsq that’s funny about the 75" showing in stock now on the website. I looked earlier today and it was unavailable! And the nice lady I spoke with on the phone this afternoon said the size was out of stock. I think their warehouse must be a madhouse!
I always size up in Wugs vs traditional fit. Normally works well but my younger guy probably could have gotten by with his normal size in his Amigo Wug. I feel like Rhinos fit a bit shorter. I do love the Rhino Wugs though too.
Oh I should have been more clear. All her other blankets are Rhino wugs in 78 and fit perfectly …I can only think the heavyweight was mislabeled?!

Take a tape measure to it and to the others that fit. It would be better to know if this one was mislabeled before you order a larger size!
