I realize I’m nothing but a UC Berkeley graduate and maybe I’m missing something, but your “Defamation Law Made Simple” example proves you have NO grounds for a lawsuit.

OMG! That video of Peronace on the App looked like one of those old Gene Autry movies with the ten cent, Hollywood cowboys – arms and legs flailing away on some hapless mount! Where is the lightness??? My name is always written below my posts and easily found on my profile. Certainly not an FEI rider and don’t profess to be. My time as a professional - as in breeding, starting and schooling the youngsters in the name of dressage for myself and others, allows me to spot a counterfeit within a few seconds. If I didn’t have a strep infection, I’d pour some wine – this is entertaining!

His video is genius at work. But, yet again because you do not understand what is happening you criticize it in a negative way. Why not ask him about it and what is going on in the video instead of making up your self idiotic assumptions?
