Nick Peronce Dressage Clinic

I want to know who put those green polos on. Think someone needs to attend a bandaging clinic!

For the love of god Nick, please post a VIDEO of you riding to shut us all up and prove us wrong.

We are waiting with breath that is baited.

The chestnut looks like an ABS who still has a saddleseat bridle on. It looks like a sweet horse but definitely not ready for piaffe.

USET?

Why, oh why, is the timing of this thread right when my laptop goes kaputā€¦ Browsing on this iPhone stinks!!

he rode plenty of their horses.I think thats the only way he can ride

So I do need to retract my suspicions about him posting over the weekend, seems he was certainly at this clinic of adoring fans.

One thing I have learned is, even a rank beginner doesnā€™t take too long to outgrow their rank early trainers. Because I genuinely wanted to learn and excel, I recognized when i wasnā€™tā€™ progressing and kept my eye open for another clinician or trainer, and recognized them when they came along.

anyone who is with him right now will certainly move along soon, if they are on the path of a True Dressage Being. I know people get anxious that [people] like this guy are going to attract followers who want to ā€˜drink the koolaideā€™ but honestly, there isnā€™t a whole lot of substance to anything he says, so he canā€™t hold onto someone who really wants to ride well for long.

that Iowa barn looks like a bunch of girls who really would like to ride better. Somewhere along the line they are going to stumble upon someone who will really help them get their horse to do better, as they are showing and attending local functions.

Meanwhile, heā€™s good entertainment, as he tries to justify himself. Heh.

Especially since his 10 in his ā€œbarnā€ arenā€™t saddle broke yetā€¦ Betcha theyā€™ll be doing GP by the time theyā€™re 1!

This past weekend Nick Peronce droveto Iowa from PA for a dressage!!! At the clinic we had beginners all the way up to advanced and Nick could help with something for everyone!! He really helped me with getting my OTTB supple. I was very impressed! He had a great attitude and is really easy to work with. After lessons he even cooked for us lol. We really enjoyed having Nick here and plan on having him back in March. If you guys ever get a chance to ride with him, do it!!!
Congratulations Cait for your interest in dressage. I too am a fairly newcomer to this board, and Iā€™m sorry that many of the members did not take you seriously.

However, Nickā€™s past bombast and his lack of in the saddle skills, coupled with his practice of cold-calling barn owners, and over inflating his resume, has justifiable brought down the wrath of the COTH Forum.

So, were I you, with a continued interest in seriously learning about dressage. I would look about for an instructor with a verifiable set of credentials.

I canā€™t wait until Mr. Peronance and Linda Parelli jointly give a clinic.
Sorry Filla - my attempt at a limerick just went Kaputte by the Mods. Oh well back to my glass of red:lol:

Good god, talk about chair seat, photo after photo. Either that or heā€™s just shoved his feet out in front of him alltogether, a la william shatner.

Weā€™re not going to devote further moderation resources toward cleaning up another thread on this topic, so weā€™re going to close it.

Thanks,
