PNWers-- Sell me a horse! Update: PPE vet near Poulsbo, WA?
http://www.dreamhorse.com/show_horse.php Ta-da!!
Hmm. That link when to “Echelon/Lonnie” a (damned cute) Arabian thing. He looks cuddly and personable. Are you trying to sell me a Pet Cat of a Horse?
Yes, I’m open to OTTBs. Yanno, buying those horses is so straight forward….like ordering the numbered meal at the drive thru as opposed to going to tapas or dim sum.

That one looks good, but his videos are hard to judge. All horses look good turned out wild on springy footing. And I wish I could see a tad more canter. My only reservations about an OTTB is a canter that’s a tad too flat for DressageWorld.

But yeah, he looks cool, and I’d check him out. PM contact info or details if it’s not too much trouble?
Will do. I texted my friend for more details and I’m going to see her later today so I’ll get the run down and contact info for you. She got to see him go in person and was really in love with him - she just isn’t shopping right now.

I can always scare up some horses on Whidbey if you are truly interested.

Redmond dressage, I can’t get it to download, but is the horse at Emerald named Sorry Pal? If so he’s one that Slewdledos family owns and is super super nice.

Well, I’ll be. I dunno!! I posted the link but didn’t try it. I c/p’d direct from Dreamhorse.

Let me see if there is a location of said horsie…hang on.

If you want to see the rest of the OTTBs that are for sale with Sorry Pal check out this photo album. Not all fit your criteria, but there are a few who might!

Im going to be out of town a lot during the summer and need someone to do a partial lease to fill in the managing and riding gaps. All Tack is included.

Zak is a very sweet horse, he will do anything to please. He loves kids and eats up all the attention you give him (especially if you have treats). I would like to have a Intermediate to advanced rider on him. Hes come a long way and i dont want to mess with his training. Zak does all 3 gaits with forward movement. He does flying changes, hunch turns, forehand turns, side passes, and simple lateral work. Zak dose first level dressage. He jumps 36 courses and does training level cross country.

Okay, that ought to do it. He’s in Medford.

Oh, I just now figured out there is a link on the bottom of the ad, don’t need to c/p.

It is!!! I’m a warmblood gal in general but if I had any space and the ability to take on another mouth to feed I would be seriously considering this guy. His is really stunning.

Sun Haven (who owns the cute red Arab stallion Aulways Magic) has my Heathen horse, he is an Anglo Arab and is wonderful, he acts like a heathen, no prissyness. Only man braids for him. He is heading towards Nationals and will not be home until around the 1st (so swing by Nampa, ID?). He is the top pic of the red horse in hunter braids on my Knotted Pony Facebook-

Lervick Arabians (also close to Jenners) has an absolutely beautiful big Arab mare, Sparkling Cyder (by Cytosk)–

Jessica Wisdom is headed to Nampa from now until the 29th. Pm me if you want me to remind her to call back, that is my job it seems  texting her is always best by the way.

I will see if anything else pops into my head. Honestly, go look at the Heathen. his real name is Out All Knight, I would own him if degrees were closer to being finished.

I would too! I spent July the 4th on Camano Island’s Elger Bay watching the fireworks across the water. Asked my boyfriend the name of the island, he said it was Whidbey Island and all I could then think about was that Odie was so close and yet so far!!

Thank you. Lordy he’s large, but perhaps little on the treat-lovin’ inside. They want “summer” and “partial lease” but, hey, you never know. He sounds cool and like it’s worth a phone call.

Just getting to the end of writing checks for 6 years of stellar-but-boring retirement for my own gelding, and knowing that I don’t know enough to buy the “I’ll take it from zero to GP” dressage, a year or two lease on a horse who can teach me sounds really, really nice.

Thank you so much! That earns you some sugar-free BBQ sauce…. if you swing that way, of course.

I did watch for that Aulways Magic Stallion when he was at that sport horse show a while back in Portland. Boy, was I impressed with his mind. I think you were the one who inspired me to go up there and look at those sport-horse bred Arabians and Half-Arabians doing dressage. Some were quite nice. And I’m riding an AHA now who is super trainable.

I swing any way for BBQ

twotru, you BBQ whore

mvp, I’m going to send you some ponies via PM. My BM has a TB for sale, and I did a dreamhorse search for some in my area that might fit your bill. Did you say when you were coming up? I’m nights until Oct BUT you are welcome to crash at my place for a couple nights, just so long as you don’t sing in the shower at 9am and wake me up  and I’ll be quiet when I come home for lunch at midnight! I have a very nice $$$ mattress in my spare room.

You never know till you ask. Around here, horsebiz isn’t that great. You might could swing a really sweet deal. I think this ad has been up for quite a while so who knows what situation they are in.

Anywho, good luck on finding a good one!!

I’m just down the road from Lervicks. They do indeed have very nice horses. I wish I knew any thing about dressage horses - I want in the BBQ whoring… Or sauce.

I might be able to get you in with Dennis or Tague if you can supply ribs.
