Possible Options for Eventing Prospect

for the complete list of carriers, you need to access to the ACPS magazine-you will find further results reported in the magazine (the list on blog spot is only self-reported). All stallions are tested as part of registration. Honestly, the results were surprising and the list is still growing nevertheless there are a few stallions still standing whos results are not listed. At this point most breeders in the US/Canada have their stock tested. We are microchipping ours in hopes of linking that information with them. I would encourage others to do so as well.

The other thing people need to realize that the actual allele responsible for HWSD has bee around since before the Stud Book was incorporated.

@graytbmare I have a purpose bred 2015 gelding by Coeur d’Amour standing at High Point Hanoverians out of a Hanoverian mare Lizabeth by Lessing. He’s lovely, BIG (though that may be his dam, all of her offspring are large), lots of bone, but very uphill and correct. Super temperament, very lovey and very bold. He’ll be starting his education soon and I can’t wait!

Stallion: http://www.hphanoverians.com/coeur-d-amour.html

Baby horse at 2 years, 4 months.

Thank you. Monroe is just now getting back into regular work after a serious colic episode earlier this year. Although he jumps well - he is SUCH a fancy dressage horse that is where we have decided to continue. After his episode I am all about keeping him close to me in ideal management situations and we have been blessed to achieve just that. He has some really cool weaners right now - including the one out of our IDSH mare. Going to be very cool.

Sorry for the lack of responses, family obligations for me sidetracked. I love learning all these pieces about different lines, so thank you for all the responses!
@Action42 that is a stunning boy! He looks like like he will be amazing in whatever you decide to do with him.
I really appreciate all the suggestions and information- this is very much outside my realm of expertise! I am so thrilled to have just finalized everything with Anissa and will be breeding my mare to Tatendrang in the spring. So excited and lucky to see the outcome of this. I promise lots (excessive  ) baby pictures!

I watched your videos for a bit today for some vicarious foal-joy, thank you for providing the link! Random question- did you train with Megan Moore awhile back? We have a couple friends in common from when I was a WS for her.

You are welcome!! I am actually having a great deal of fun right now because my 2016 Tot, Lovegood, is boarding here for the winter and I hadn’t seen her since she left in the spring. She is sooo gorgeous! I need to get pictures/video of her!

Yes I have trained with Megan! It has been a couple years due to my moving/house building/horse selling/stupid over dramatic life lol

Multiple succesful offspring.

Or trakehner stallion Platinum Vom Rappenhof Pb

I would love to see pictures! I am going through serious foal-fever!

Very cool! Megan was the one to enable my switch from hunters/eq to eventing, so I owe her big time. I definitely miss Kentucky… and not just because it is a high of 5 degrees in NY today!

Are we friends on FB? Feel free to send me a request if not  I tend to post all my pictures there! I can’t imagine living in
New York! to cold!!!

Request sent! It is definitely too cold right now! I was riding some of the young horses for my pregnant trainer, but I refuse in the single digits… they are much sillier and frozen ground hurts way more

Anglo Arabian.
Consistently throws a huge, slow canter. Round jump. Quiet minds. Relaxed back.
Here is a video of a three year old son with just 22 rides under saddle (75% Thoroughbred)

He was shown his entire career by amateurs and junior riders.
