Prayers/jingles for my dog please

I’m beyond shattered at the moment. My dog Panda was perfectly fine this morning and I’m now in the waiting area at the emergency vet.
He was fine this morning and within an hour ago become barely responsive. Uncontrollable bowels and extremely pale gums. Vet said his breathing is labored. He even turned up wet cat food which he always tries to get.

I can’t lose him. I’ve had him for 8 years through thick and thin.

Things are not looking good. All we know is that his liver levels are off the charts.
He keeps crashing.
Might be sent to another vet in the area.
