After working for a couple of days my free 3month online subscription (from filling out survey) has stopped working. Mod/Anyone know how I can fix it ?
Mine never did work
I completed the survery last night and got a message that my subscription was effective immediately. However, when I went to the site and put in my username and password at the top of the page and hit “log on”, I got a message that I had to subscribe.
Hopefully, the promise of a 3-month subscription was not just to get us to fill out the survey!!
How do we fix this?

I’m having the same problem.
Ditto. Only I filled the survey out several days ago. At least I know it’s not just me 
I have the same problem. 
Please repair it and notify us when it is operable! Does this down time count in our three months or will you start the subscription when the matter is repaired?

I was afraid mine wouldn’t work because I’m computer challenged and just didn’t know how to access it.

Me, too. It worked right after I completed the survey, but the last 2 times I tried to log-in, it said I needed to subscribe.

Mine never worked! Even when it said my subscription was in effect immediately! I was giving serious thought to buying the on-line subscription, but now I’m going to wait and see.
Thought about the hard copy but my husband recently asked my good friend’s (and neighbor) husband if his wife had a subscription to “18 horse magazine like my wife does!” I don’t subscribe to that many actual magazines (Practical Horseman, Equus, Dressage Today, Eventing mag, USDF connection and the Pony Club magazine) but I’m pretty sure that he thinks that the mulitude of catalogs that arrive on a daily basis are also “horse magazines”. I love my non-horsey husband!! Ignorance is bliss!! But I did think that adding a weekly hard copy magazine to the mail box might not be the best idea.

Ditto! Mine worked for about a week, then it stopped. I was really using this free trial period to decide if I wanted to spring for a real subscription.

It sounds like many people are unable to log on (both paid and the 3 month free)
Did anyone use the contact page to try to reach someone at the magazine? That part of the site is different from the BB so the mods here won’t be able to do much except point you in that direction anyway.
I did try the contact page at the magazine for my non-working subscription and no one has responded…

oooo this is not a good public relations idea at all. I hope they fix it; I know that I have given up and don’t plan to subscribe.
