PS of Sweden Bridle Legal for USEF Jumpers?
The high jump is just sold out…they will have more

My horses honest to God went better instantly when in this bridle (the flying change). The large soft poll piece is what I think makes the biggest difference. If you have a regular bridle on your finger, then hold the PSOS, you can feel how light and soft it feels for them.

BTW - the bling browbands are the nicest I have seen, and I have a big collection at home lol
I’m excited for the High Jump to come back in stock! I also love the browbands. Dark Jewel Designs who posted above makes some beautiful custom bling browbands that fit the PS of Sweden bridles as well!

Right?! I think you eventers are allowed to have several. I currently have 4: 2 dressage that just sit that probably need to be sold, my old figure 8 show bridle from Bobby’s English Tack, and my workhorse, cheapo bridle that I use every day. I swear it was like a $50 or $60 bridle that I bought because I thought it was pretty like 12 or 13 years ago and it just won’t wear out. Granted, it’s not the nicest looking anymore because it’s cheap leather but I’m surprised it lasted that long.

I’d sell them all though for the High Jump! Can’t wait for it to come back in stock!
Well I have umm… seven… but technically I need to sell a few of them if I ever get my act together and take pictures. I only use my PS bridles now.

You win at all the bridles! I’ve been wanting to hang on to one of my dressage bridles that I really love, but I guess if we actually get dressage down one of these days to to the point where we can go event, well…there’s a PS Bridle for that! So maybe my solution is to sell all the bridles for the one I covet.

Damn about the High Jump bridle being sold out.

Does anyone have the Jump Off bridle?

I have the jump off. … I love it and so do the horses!

Please stop adding to this thread! The first time I saw this thread I followed the link to the site and I bought a bridle… and now tonight I did it again and just bought a brow band.
But I do love the bridle and so does the mare, so thanks for that too.

They posted something on Instagram today or yesterday about pre-ordering for the next batch of High Jumps.

THANKS, Ms Ridiculous. I am ordering one now. But, for anyone who has ordered from them, I have a question about sizing.

Is the “full” size what we would call a “horse” size, or is it more meant for a large WB head? My WB has a normal sized head and I want to get the right size.

Yeah the full is horse size. I have the cob on my TB (who is generally between cob and horse) and it baaaarely fits on the “flash” strap part, so for a normal size horse I would get the full.

Definitely agree…my dainty mare face has a cob and its almost too big lol

Thanks! I will order the bridle right away so I get on the waiting list.

Does anyone know the name of the US rep for this company? I have communicated with her, but now I cannot find her name.

I want to talk to her because I want to change my order to the other jumper bridle which is in stock, but I cannot get the people in Sweden to reply to my emails. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Pistole - I agree! Though I did buy my hackamore before this thread started now I really, really want a regular bridle from them . . .

I’ve never dealt with anyone but Karin, I wasn’t under the impression that there was a designated US rep. But I’ve never had a problem getting responses to emails.

Ms R, I have sent 3 emails via the “Contact US” button, over the last 3 weeks and no answer. Am I doing something wrong? And does Karin work at the place in Sweden?

Yes, Karin is the founder. I’ve never used the Contact Us function but have had success contacting both Karin and the info@psofsweden email accounts.

Some people had expressed interest in the Olympic model so I figured I’d post a pic of it. I think this one is my favorite so far (the leather upgrade between this one and the older models I have is obvious - this one looks like top of the line English leather) although this cob size is a good bit smaller than my other two cobs (the Flying Change and the High Jump). I dunno if that’s a sizing thing with the new batch, or if it’s just this particular model, but something to be aware of for others. Oh and I have the Go Sweden browband on in the picture.

I want to order one, but I know that my horse needs such random parts that I can’t possibly buy one size of bridle where other parts like the high jump noseband aren’t available individually. He is cob around the head but oversize in the browband and horse in the nose.

He would probably work with a cob and then you can buy a horse browband.
