I used the 10$ code too and when I was in paypay it showed the original amount (115 for me with shipping) but then it redirected me to a confirmation page that showed the right amount of 105 so I -think- that’s what I paid. Didn’t get a confirmation email though. I went ahead and ordered wide so i hope they’re not too wide!
I don’t need these. I just bought new tall boots. Why are they in my shopping cart? WHY!?
I need help :o

Thanks for the heads up, french fry!
Just bought a pair. Keeping my fingers crossed that they fit as I’ve never tried TuffRiders before.
After our boots arrive, let’s all meet back here in case anyone needs to trade sizes. :-)[/QUOTE]
What a good idea!
I hate you guys.
I got these on TOTD a bit back.
They aren’t that tall (I’m 5’9 and usually wear a tall) but they are really comfortable and great to have as back ups.
My only complaint is that IMO the lycra panel up the shin looks kind of cheap–there must be a more elegant way to incorporate stretch. That doesn’t offend me at this price but I suspect that’s why they are on clearance so many places.
The list price on the Tuffrider website is $159.95.
Dover’s list price says $249.95.
Ugh…I don’t need these!
To buy or not to buy…that is the question.
ETA: I caved and bought a pair
Ugggggh. I need new tall boots so baldly but I’m afraid they’re going to be just a bit small.
Keep us posted all of you that ordered these! I missed the sale cut off but will be ordering come Spring (it that ever happens in NY!)
A good friend at my barn just bought the Field Boot version of these, and I must say they are very nice! The leather is perfectly soft right out of the box, and they definitely look like Parlanti’s from a distance.
Can’t comment on durability, but I’d say for those that got them for $99, it’s a steal!
I also caved and bought a pair yesterday, couldn’t beat that price!

They are $160 on LexingtonHorse.com and it looks like shipping would be free. Still not a bad deal!
I got a pair of these from TOTD in December. They are SOOOO comfortable! I wear them for schooling only. Given the stretch panel on the shin I probably wouldn’t show in them, though I get all kinds of compliments around the barn so maybe it’s not that noticeable when I’m on. I usually wear a short height/regular calf, these came in regular height only so that’s what I got. They’re a little bit tall, but they’re so soft it doesn’t really matter. For anyone who hasn’t bought them yet, I’d go up half a size in the foot (I bought my usual size and they’re just a little snug, fine for 1-2 rides but I wouldn’t want to keep them on all day.) I think I paid around $130 or so on TOTD and they are absolutely worth it.
Keep the reviews coming! I might have to cave and buy a pair. They sound wonderful and the only showing I’d ever do is very local. I have a pair of Ariat’s but I’ve yet to break them in and I’m dreading it!
Has anyone gotten their boots? I placed my order then got an email about that size being back ordered and they would let me know when they shipped. I haven’t heard anything since, and the website no longer lists that size as back ordered.

Not yet I ordered mine through the store at the Hockessin location, I am planning on harassing them tomorrow.
The ones I ordered were backordered and when I checked out it said they would ship mine on the 5th.
I just check with Dover and mine are suppose to ship tomorrow.
I just got the email that mine have shipped. Should arrive Wed.
