And she makes money every time somebody clicks on it. That’s why she doesn’t care about trashing her own reputation and creating these fake dramas - they make her money. She doesn’t care what people are saying about her as long as we are talking about her

At the end of the day a judge would have to decide if what she was doing was fair use or not. My interpretation of the guidelines is that even though people can comment on the videos she isn’t actually creating anything new with the ones she steals even if she only takes a small amount of the video, you have to put a WHOLE lot more work into it to make it your own.
Also you can submit a ticket, but they can just as easily submit a counter, and youtube lets the counter override it unless you file a lawsuit and prove to youtube you are suing. It is a stupid system that they don’t actually examine the stuff, but had this happen to a friend of mine and the answer was pretty much “tough cookies”.

The above is why I didn’t pursue. And the ensuing craziness when I asked her to just link to my vid, not re-wrap it, which insinuates that she created it. It just wasn’t worth it.
Since there’s little to be done legally… then what’s to stop someone else from downloading all of DH’s video’s, rebranding them, and then starting their own channel?

At some point you would think that all the comments she deletes and people she blocks would catch up with her. Just saw a post get deleted before my eyes.

There’s actually lot to be done legally, just no one wants to go there. And other people shouldn’t rebrand and post because of the chance of being sued, because it is illegal either direction.

I get a kick about how she says SJ still owes her $7,500. If I believed someone owes me that much money I would take them to small claims to be done with it but she just uses it as an excuse to continue this bully behavior. does she realize that this behavior can land her in hot water legally? Like this was a unprovoked attack against SJ. Anyone in the horse world you know sometimes relationships with trainers and clients can randomly stop or implode, I know first hand believe me. Her actions are horrendous especially due to her age, I mean I know younger people than her that could handle this situation with more tact and maturity.

What if we made a new thread, titled ‘Susan Wachowich, Boycott her and all her Sponsors’ and included a list of all the sponsors of her youtube and personal page.
On that thread would be included all, or as many as feasible, examples of poached videos and evidence of her bullying of professional riders by SW. Preferably posted, or validated by the victims.
And pages and pages of comments by COTHers. 
We could then email a link to the thread to all SW sponsors via their ‘contact us’ info.
Would that, or something like it, be of any value?

I remember the blanket spinning as well. A sure sign of abuse…C’mon , come clean. Show 'em that one too.

@LarkspurCO I had an old horse who played with a friend just like your tongue out guy.
The vet said the tongue display was the horse equivalent of a dog’s play bow.
Dressage Hub and/or SW has made reference to this thread and loves the publicity and added traffic to her website. I personally think this is exactly what she was hoping for, and in essence we are feeding a troll by continuing to talk about it.

There have been other odd people who have enjoyed their notoriety here. At first…Then the reputation sticks and they aren’t so thrilled anymore.
I’m enjoying Larkspur’s Desi. He was quite the blanket twirler as well as a world class tongue wagger!

I can’t find a list of sponsors, does she actually have sponsors? Seems rather odd for her to have sponsors.
She has been posting all over her personal page about how much extra traffic her youtube channel and FB page are getting thanks to this thread and her war on SJ. To her, any attention is good attention. Although she talks about sponsers I don’t see any?
Perhaps people should private message some of the people on her Dressage Hub page and link them to this thread?

She lost all of her sponsors last fall, hence the begging for donations. So other than increased traffic potentially attracting new sponsors, she’s not profiting off of this at all.
