RMCP will only confirm basic details of her story, and have not charged the subjects (who stole her/father’s? truck and killed 2 people) with assaulting SW. It has been over 1 yr.

Is this SOP in Canada? Here, there would be conclusions to draw if the police/DA did not file charges.

Love it at the end of the tale a link to “I bought a Unicorn! The Lexus RC 350 F Sport” pops up.

Is that her way to get over being traumatized? Not one word of condolence to those who lost loved ones.

Ahhhhh the latest video posted has some pretty serious accusations wouldn’t you think? Claims to have lessoned with SJ for 18 months and only now recently these accusations are coming forward? Seems the ‘she owes me money!’ tantrum didn’t work and the accusations of a blue tongue haven’t garnered this drama llama enough ‘likes’ yet. So she’s stepping it up now and I hope a lawyer is on it to shut her down.
What is quite telling is DH/SW claims to be all about the horse and is on this crusade to expose horse abusers, well just one or two false claims so far, yet she worships this, from her personal page. Appears her vendetta is just that.

Well, if anyone starts harassing and threatening Jacoma based on some video, then they are of the same craycray troll school as SW, and that’s a whole other kettle of fish. Most normal people wouldn’t start harassing a third party based on a video on line, even if they thought the video showed something bad.

If DHub turns into a predominantly SJ Haters Club then really SJ needs to get a lawyer’s cease and desist letter to Dhub/ SW. That is the only way to shut this kind of thing down. Costs, but maybe a lawyer rider would do it pro bono.

The good news for SJ is that it won’t last - some other innocent person will rub SW the wrong way and they will then be the target of her online harassment and bullying, though with the Wellington season over I guess the pickings are a little slim.

As for what what she learned from SJ - a quick scan of SW’s old blog has her praising SJ to the ends of the earth for her light and gentle training methods. Seriously. How on earth does [she] expect people to believe anything she says? I guess by only posting supporting comments she can make it look that way to an imecile but anyone with an ounce of common sense can see through this ploy.

And what’s with the delusion in her latest video that anyone disputing her is a friend of SJ? Do any of us even know SJ? You don’t have know the woman to see she’s the target of a bizarre vendetta by an apparently unstable person.

Since learning about her TBI I almost feel sorry for SW. The whole thing is just so pathetic.

If no charges were laid in this length of time it seems reasonable to conclude that the police couldn’t find credible evidence to support her claims - same in Canada as in the US I imagine.

Looks like the video was uploaded to her Dressage Hub YouTube account in October of 2016 though.

Actually, now watching the full video. Looks like she took a portion of the Evention TV video on loading and then took the rest from another video on loading and mashed them together, so my bad.

Every time you click on one of her videos, she makes money! That’s why she pirates other people’s videos, does just enough editing to believe she can’t be accountable for stealing their content, then uploads the video to her channel. There are a lot of people who make a living from their YouTube channel. This is what she’s trying to accomplish and every time you click on any of her videos, you help her out…

SW’s post from yesterday about her “planning her videos for Dressage Hub this week” is a clip from the TV show Revenge, where one of the main characters fakes her own death to frame the other main character… I’m going to assume SW isn’t with it enough to realize she just implied she’s making this all up? :lol:

It is pretty easy to color cast the whole scene in the video, quite a bit more difficult to do so for just one small section of a video and have it track, and even harder to do it and make it look real, there is a lot of editing software out there that can do these things with skilled hands behind it.

She took the original intro out and replaced it with her Dressage Hub intro. The way the video is edited, it is implied that this video is a creation of Dressage Hub, so why would anyone look for a small buried link to the original video? This is the same thing she did to Jaccoma.

It doesn’t matter to me whether this is legal to do or not… This HURTS us. This hurts the regular joe schmoe’s of the dressage world.

When a middle man is sucking up the profits from the content creator, why would the content creator spend time and energy to create it? The less money the creators make and the less views they get, the less content they’ll create. Which means less content for us, less diversity in training videos, less ability for the average dressage rider to increase their knowledge.

This hurts us – everyone who enjoys watching educational dressage videos.

@Reddfox You can submit a copyright infringement ticket directly to youtube from the Dressage hub stolen video of your video.

I presume the copyright law for video is similar to what we have for text books. We are allowed to copy excerpts but certainly not all of the content.
