I agree it’s great to have a site that promotes the sport and shares educational videos and articles we can all learn from. Unfortunately Dressage Hub Is not one of those sites. Unlike credible outlets which pay professionals to write useful articles, capture photos and produce quality videos, SW / DH seems to simply use videos others have created and slap her branding on them to make them look like her own creation. There’s no informative discussion or educational explanation to go with the video, presumably because she doesn’t have the expertise to provide such detail. And then of course there are the “bad moments” she uses to create controversy, temporarily spike site traffic and trash the reputations of those whom she feels have slighted her in some way.
It’s all incredibly unprofessional. I’ll take the useful (and drama-free!) articles from Dressage Today over [her] site any day.

Can someone please quote what Heather Blitz said on her page or provide a link if it’s a public page?
Heather Blitz’s FB page is public. I would not feel right quoting from her page without her permission. 
Considering the post ends with feel free to share, i think it would be ok to repost here.

I am not on facebook and I can see Heather Blitz’s post there. It does say “feel free to copy and paste”. I would do so, but am ignorant regarding the method to quote the relevant part of the page.
It’s admirable to see someone who is rather important in the Dressage community take a stand against this person’s campaign of spite. I hope this will put an end to it.

Yes, that’s a good post. From everything I’ve heard something like that should have been said years ago, over and over, but good that it’s said now. HB also points out that all the “educational” videos people praise the site for were stolen and rebranded. Also that SJ (I asssume, not named) has had a cease and desist order against SW.

Heather didn’t WRITE that post, she copied and pasted it herself. It may have been written by another COTHer from whom I copied it, but I’m not positive if that person was the original source or not so don’t want to claim that and be fake news.
Oh dear I hope not, for Canada’s sake… If she does, you have the links to these threads to share.

Yes and she once po’d a lot of us in Alberta off when she once made the claim on a friends fb page that we had no right to complain about people lying about breeding, or training etc when we weren’t selling 6 figure horses like in Wellington! Oh and one of her comments then referred to how she never had mouthed those she did business with!!! Oh my… we all ran her off pretty fast, said friend blocked her due to nasty pms and oh how I wish we all knew what we did know now LOL

So according to SW FB page she is at the Mane Event horse expo in Red Deer Alberta today filming, and yesterdsy she met a “super fan.”
Most of the horse world in Canada doesn’t pay much attention to Wellington or USA competition (except at the top levels) or COTH. So I’m sure there is a whole new market for social media platforms run by an FEI rider.
And what the fluck is a “superfan”??? Some poor schmuck that poses with her when asked "hey have you ever heard of dressage hub?

It’s interesting that in the Internet era when information is out there about everything that the same scams or problem people can perpetuate scams, hoaxes, or just bad behavior by moving places or just URLs.
In Huck Finn the con artists can work their way down the Mississippi because there is no communication between towns, so no way of warning folk.
150 years later perhaps the problem is the amount of information is so huge, so messy, and of little consequence to most people. Few people go track down the truth about hoaxes, scams, or individual people until they’ve been bitten personally.
So absolutely I could see her setting up more of her " social media empire" in Canada.
The Mane Event is full of local/regional vendors and trainers, with just a few BNT clinics as headliners. Most vendors and trainers would never have heard of her, probably not the BNT either unless by bad luck someone from her old world turned up. But even then they’d have no idea she was out there amid the hetbal.supplements and hand tooled chaps unless she made a point of confronting them.
.So it’s a good place to try to start over and reinvent your social media presence.
Absolutely having been Away in the States is good for your CV in Canada!
