Nope-shows no refund. Does anyone have an alternate email address someone is actually replying to?
I emailed the original contact email address that came with the notice about applying for refunds. I was told that I’d get my refund by check instead of back on my credit card since it was more than 365 days since it was charged. I got my refund check a week or 2 later. Of course, if they’d refunded it in the timeline they said they would, it would’ve been within the 365 days. But emailing was all it took to jostle the check loose.
I have just submitted a dispute through my cc company. THAT is a P.I.T.A. becasue the purchase was back on 2017
Well I thankfully just found this thread. I also have not received my refund. I got the email last September saying I would receive a refund in 30 days and I filled out the request for a refund rather than tickets or merch but nothing. I sent an email to the email address that sent the original letter last Sept with no response.
just logged into my account after seeing this thread and it shows on my invoice that I am due a refund of $373.53 for the 3 dressage tickets. This has been very poorly handled to say the least. I just sent another email using the link on the WEG website. Does anyone have a better email or phone number? I hate to complain because the weather wasn’t their fault however we spent $1495 including service fees just for the weekend package tickets and we only got to go to two of the four events. Like others, we flew home to CA and were not able to attend the rescheduled eventing stadium. The whole ordeal was really unfortunate. Thanks for the advice here. Hope to get my refund soon.
I finally received my refund today!!! Persistence has finally paid off. The email I used and did actually get responses from was adecker@tryon.com I included my invoice/order number and account, name address etc. A month ago she said it was mailed, then she actually followed up again and said it really was mailed this week. FINALLY have it in my hands!!!

Mine arrived today in Canada…with an issue date of 2 weeks after it was supposedly mailed.
But I got it.
