I don’t think that Jeff (if you are referring to Jeff Campf) was ever charged much less convicted of a crime against a child. If he had been, rest assured he would not be still training in Oregon.

I’m sorry, I was mistaking rehab for jail. My bad! But, he did settle (publicly recorded or not) with two underage (at the time) riders & their families. That is known fact.

I wouldn’t exactly call Chris “a nobody.” He’s been fairly successful for a 28-year-old and had some good wins at the Desert Circuit this year. I’m sort of reading that you may have a beef with the Fellers family, but don’t confuse a son with the sins of the father.

What you said is spot-on in terms of why so many equine professionals are so bad at running an organized business, are so unprofessional, etc. And I 10000% agree that the industry is desperately in need of professionalism on all fronts.
You don’t have to work in the “real world” or have experience in higher education in order to not be a predator, though. And predators exist in every corner of the “real world”…unfortunately.

That poster was not referring to Maggie, it was in reference to a previous employee of the Fellers.
Everyone knows Maggie went to ride with Darragh Kenny. That ended quickly and she is with Andre & Heritage, last I knew.
Yes it appears that She was riding with Hardin who now has training a private client and is not with Oakland and daragh anymore.
