Well, I just placed another order with Riding Warehouse… I have to say, I now have a small addiction.

I don’t know what took me so long. I had heard some good things, even stopped by their retail store in San Luis Obispo when I was traveling through town - but they hadn’t really been on my radar when I online shopped.

Being on the west coast - I never got to enjoy fast delivery times that some of the other retailers can offer on the east coast (Smartpak, Dover etc - I am always waiting a week).

Imagine my surprise when I placed my first order and got free overnight shipping… And customer service was very helpful answering my questions on a product.

Oh - and free returns for ONE YEAR.

Their site also has great pictures of the products (not just stock photos), and they have videos for many of the products as well.

I am also a huge fan. They have a little different selection since they have kind of an endurance/dressage bent which is also nice.

They are a wonderful resource for us in California especially!

Agreed! They are by far my favorite horse store - great prices, awesome free shipping (and additional coupons as well!), and helpful customer service who are always happy to answer a silly question or run to the warehouse to measure an item. I buy almost exclusively from them now.

My favorite! I always check Riding Warehouse first for products before buying elsewhere. They don’t always have everything I need in stock, but when they do I can almost guarantee it is at the cheapest retail price online. Plus I know I’ll get free shipping and usually some kind of discount, too. Plus they really do have awesome customer service and a good return policy. Love RW!

I was actually trying to decide between a couple of pairs of breeches when I remembered the free returns - got them both and will return what doesn’t fit - and free overnight shipping in CA!

still on the fence if this is a blessing or a curse!
