I am not as articulate in expressing my sympathies as others have been. Nor can I explain the impact your relationship with Willem has had on me. I can only thank you for the generosity of spirit that you have had in sharing him with us, in loving him as you did, and in letting him go when he was ready. You were so blessed to be dance partners for eleven years. I hope you find peace soon.
Coreen, please accept my deepest sympathy! Willem was a part of all of our lives…thank you for sharing him with us! He is among many, many wonderful friends over the Rainbow Bridge…he’s with all of our other horsie friends we’ve lost. I will miss him greatly.

I’m in a daze. Willem was such a good buddy. Many times I would log on and just do a search for Willem’s posts.
He always cheered my day, and made me laugh.
I know for all things there is a time … and it was Willem’s time. Just like it will be your time one day, and my time, one day.
I will miss him terribly … and Lisa is right. The BB won’t be the same without him.
Just know that we are all grieving with you.

No words can describe how sorry I am. Thank you for sharing him with us. That was truly a gift.
PS: I asked that Willem’s own thread be closed. I will print it out and put it in his scrapbook, as I will with this one. I will cherish these forever.
