I just had the same problem as Mayaty, 1/2 the items that I ordered are missing on my invoice under ‘my account,’ but they’re still listed on the website as there, yet after I ordered my GPA on Thursday, the GPA textium listing disappeared off the website completely a few hours later This is a great sale, it just appears to be not very well run. I made my order Friday morning, it was like $700 (my order was combined with two of my friends to save on shipping) so I’d really like to know what’s going on, for the sake of my credit card.
It’s very annoying that they simply “disappear” as opposed to a note saying they are out of stock. dying to know if I can pick up some half chaps which was the one thing I really needed of course… Maybe I’ll just go there, it is only 10 mins from me!
I am trying to reach them also, I haven’t heard anything about my order. And I placed it on Friday night. Its still listed on the website and I keep trying to call and their voice mailbox is full. Anyone been able to reach them?
Nope, I tried to call a bunch of times on Friday and Saturday…no answer, no reply to voicemails. I placed an order Friday night and it’s still “pending” according ot their online system. I’d really like to know if I’ll get it or not…
They cleared out their messages at some point today, because I left them a message. And someone called me back at 4:45pm after they closed. Unfortunately it wasn’t the message I was hoping for. Just my kind of luck that someone walked into the store and bought the Amerigo Vega saddle. No new saddle for me
I just tried to check the status of my order and the website won’t even come up! Just a message that they’ve closed it for a few days. I think the overwhelming response they are talking about is probably due to the advertising power of COTH… and they are probably trying to figure out how so many people heard about the sale!
Oh dear, I hope they don’t have a total collapse. Due to the advertising power of the COTH, alerting the country to this marvelous sale, I bought paddock boots for my daughter and me, a pad, and some miscellaneous stuff. I hope it is in stock. We will be very disappointed if it isn’t.
Hm, I placed an order on Thursday and haven’t heard a thing. Does anyone have their number since the website is down now?

I went onto their website and they closed the online store for a few days due to an overwhelming response. I guess I ordered just in time. I wanted to add something to my order though that I forgot and now I can’t. I will have to wait a few days. Does anyone have their phone number so I can call and add this to my order? I want to order a belt.
Dont have their number- but try pressing 2 (or 6) and ask to speak to someone about your order.
I finally got in touch with someone on Friday by pressing 2 and they transfered me. I ended up canceling my order as I wasn’t about to pay $12-something for shipping one item.
I guess it couldn’t be helped, but they Definitely should have been better organized. The lady on the phone was able to tell me what was available and what wasn’t, so why couldn’t the website?
Oh well, at least I had fun shopping for Bird stuff on Saturday to make up for my loss

Same thing happened to me I ordered Heidi Boots, stable sheet, 3 belts, 2 sets of polos, happy mouth bit, a supplement, on Thursday. I checked the order status and all that was left was the Heidi Boots. I still have not received an e-mail from them about anything. I think they did get overwhelmed, and it wasn’t run the greatest. A few items have disappered from the wesbite, but a lot were still left last I checked?
well at least my GR8 and spur straps are on their way to me Tried to order some more things yesterday, we’ll see what happens. Very disorganized. They had to know that this sale would get way around…probably should have had their sh*t together.
I do hope they don’t turn into a bevals, I have been shopping there (well not physically in that particular location) since I was a kid - gotta be going on 25 yrs now. I like that they have different brands than Bevals.
So I went to Salem Saddlery to pick up my order today. When I checked my order online, a bunch of things also weren’t listed that I had ordered (such as the fly sheet, fly spray, supplements, etc). The woman found my stuff, but not everything I ordered was actually instock. I ended up with the Baker sheet, some CO Helmet spray deodorizer, and some shampoo. The store was packed today! People everyone, shelves nearly empty of some things. A long line of people waiting. The saleswoman said that they are only up to Friday’s online orders. There was hardly any grooming stuff left, and very little if any hoof care items, leather care, and very few supplements. The stuff is flying off the shelves. I looked at the bridles, but they only had cob size in the ones I liked. They did have a bunch of saddles. Lots of spurs, socks, and little things like that.
Oh, and the saleswoman said that they are becoming a Beval’s, which should be by early April. I have mixed feelings–I love the selection of apparel that Beval’s has, but I like that Salem Saddlery has a variety of brands for tack. Oh well! At least I won’t have to drive down to New Canaan anymore! I am moving to Danbury in June, which means the new Bevals will only be 10 min from me!!
How Disappointing
I got the sale email at 8:48 on march 1st, ordered a GPA helmet at 10:04 am, then got an email at 4:14 that the helmet sold out. Grrr. :mad: Maybe they can get a new website that actually lists their stock in real time.
I had a bunch of stuff in my cart around 630PM tonight. I had spent about 45 minutes going through absolutely everything. Was just about ready to pull out the credit card and …POW!..I got that message that said the sale was over for several days…
Mixed feelings about that. I need nothing! BUT, I was so happy that COTH folks alerted me to such a great sale!! Bummer.
I placed my order on Thursday or Friday but never received an email. Now I’m worried. I really want that Rambo!!!

On friday I ordered a Gr8 for 189.00 total with shipping, goood deal??? I thought. I just saw my email and it said there is no 7.5 left (what I ordered) but come to find out my head is a 7 and they have one!!! Yeah so, mine is on it’s way!!! I was so wrapped up in helmets I did not even see the baker blankets, I would have bought a bunch of them. What did they go for?
