Just for curiosity’s sake how much were the GPAs after the discount? I wish I had ordered the first day I saw this, I need a new helmet. Oh well - sounds like I might not have gotten it anyway!

Well that’s flipping frustrating!!! I ordered two fly sheets and some other stuff and I only got 2 items, NOT the fly sheets that I really wanted. I’ll never order from them again!

Neither will the rest of us…cause they won’t be around anymore. They’re becoming a Beval’s. That’s why they’re getting rid of all the stock and not re-ordering things once they’re sold out.
I emailed yesterday about the status of one of the helmets that I ordered. Shortly after I got a shipping notice… then today they emailed me and said they were sold out of that helmet. I really really wish I had a tracking number. I got a shipping notice for the stuff I ordered on Saturday today, as well, and then I just checked my bank account and saw that the money from that ordered was credited back. Confusing! Just have to wait and see, I guess.
I received some of my order today. Not all of it. I have to say that, given the response, I think that they did an awesome job. They sent things really quickly. Was I bummed not to get the other items? Yes, but come on, they are a small store that is selling off stock, what do you expect?

Several of you need to be a bit more understanding. :yes: I thought this thread was a welcome surprise that none of us would have known about anyway. So if I get what I ordered, great. If not, whatevs. shrugs
Please try to be patient with a little shop that got overwhelmed by an online response that they probably could never have imagined they’d get.

I second (third?) this. I’m just happy to have gotten that chance to order. I got an order confirmation with everything shown listed, but haven’t heard anything yet. Maybe I’ll get it… maybe not. But I’ll just keep my fingers crossed and hope that everything comes that I ordered. 
If I don’t, I’m sure my bank account will be thankful anyways :lol:

I placed 3 orders all in a row on Thursday. Now it’s like Christmas time. I get to be surprised by what I end up getting!!! Although I will be a little upset if people who ordered after me get stuff that they are canceling for me. Although if someone bought it in-store I can’t complain much!
I’m just hoping the GPA, the baker sheet, and the bridle come. Everything else was just for fun, but those three things I need!
I’m in agreeance with ExJumper…I know someone who ordered after me and already got her order and the exact size GPA I ordered and the same size Weatherbeeta blanket I ordered. Here’s to hoping I get my order soon!!!

You can sell it on ebay for enough money to buy one in the right size, I bet.
it is a little like christmas isn’t it? I just got a shipping notice but since can’t log onto the website I have no idea what’s coming The only issue I have is that I ordered one big ticket item and the rest little bitty nothing items and if the big ticket item isn’t available, I am going to be pretty pissed if the shipping for my little bitties is alot (I am talking about stuff like saddle soap and sponges). I am also all of 15 mins from their store so I should have just gone there I suppose. Well at least I now have a show helmet (GR8) so if I ever show again, I’m all set
Yes they are a little local store, not a big ecommerce site like bevals or dover…though now I suppose they will be a bevals so that’ll be a change. They aren’t charging if they don’t send it to you so you shouldn’t panic about the status of your credit cards.

I put it on ebay but not for what Dover would charge, so I doubt I’ll come up with enough to buy another one. C’est la vie! Just wanna get my $ back and can’t return it.

I’m sure they have a “No Return” policy…but wasn’t this their error and they sent you the wrong size, not the size YOU asked for?
Not worth the hassle of trying to get in touch w/them - besides I am sure they are all sold out of the right size by now.

yo didn’t hear this from me but I bet you could take it to any tack store and exchange it for the size you wanted. It’s still new in box right, and all you want to do is exchange it. I’d do that…
Alas, the barcode scanners prevent that kind of thing these days! One “beep” and they know that it didn’t come from their inventory.

I did this once with a brand new pair of Grand Prix laced paddock boots that I picked up, still in the box, at a thrift store! Sure enough, returned them for a zip pair that I loved!
