It is like Christmas! Considering that it’s a small store, I do agree with everyone who said to cut them some slack. :yes: They are doing an amazing job in the midst of our feeding frenzy. I was obnoxious enough to order a custom Integrity quarter sheet (knowing almost full well that they weren’t going to be fulfilling custom orders at those prices!). Beyond that, I got everything else I ordered (Baker sheet, Stud Muffins, Passier Lederbalsam, Neatsfoot Oil, etc). Oh, they were apparently out of Solo combs, too (bummer).

If I placed my order within hours of the sale starting and have yet to receive a shipment notice, should I just assume everything I ordered is sold out (esp since I ordered things that others have already said they have gotten)?
I emailed and asked, but I really would like to know as I need to order the items I need elsewhere if they aren’t coming from Salem.

I know how you feel. I should have ordered that Ariat belt that I wanted. It was only $13.00. I called yesterday to have them add it to my online order but the person was too busy. I doubt they have anymore left though. I need a new belt because my other belt is falling apart. :sigh:
Wait. I keep hearing a common thread in many of the complaints… “I called to ask but the person who answered was too busy to help me.” Ummm… why answer the phone if you’re going to just say, “Sorry, we’re too busy to help. Bye!”

Same with me, but I placed mine on the 1st. I e-mailed them last night, so we’ll see if I hear anything today. It seems as though the orders are going out very randomly?
Ok-- updated. I got a conf Friday (ordered was a sticker, 3 pairs of various socks, saddle pad, 9 piece fleece halter set).
Yesterday package arrives: 1 pair of socks and fleece for halter.
Disappointing? yes… But, I still got some hot socks Just bothered that there was no other shipping option that didn’t cost 12$! :eek:
I got my GPA today - right size and everything. Hopefully tomorrow the GR8 will come, according to the distance map on the UPS website. I still really wish they’d email us tracking numbers now that the website is down! I am a compulsive tracker.
I made another order Friday morning for breeches, boot socks, and a fleeceworks seat saver. I don’t know if I’ll get that - my check card was charged for everything except the breeches, but then yesterday the entire order was credited on my card, so I’m not expecting it. Ahh well, what can you do? It was nothing I really needed anyway.
My CO Hampton arrived yesterday, but I won’t be home to check it out until tomorrow, unfortunately. I ordered it on Thursday and paid for 3 day shipping, BTW.

I ordered mine last Thursday night. I received my Heid Boots today, which was the only thing left on my order when I checked it, before the website shut down. I never received a shipping confirmation or anything, all I received was the order confirmation, the night I ordered. Oh well, I do like the boots though!
I got an email yesterday saying that my order had shipped, but I can’t obtain a tracking number since the website is down. Fingers crossed it shows up, and everything I ordered is there.

I ordered a size 56 titium within an hour of getting the email on Thursday morning, and I got an email from them at 4 pm that day saying they were sold out and my order was canceled. bummer.

Anyone know their return policy? The boots I ordered are too big.
