Odd, I just shipped one with insurance, and it only cost me 24.63.
Alright, now I’m really confused… I ordered Friday morning: 2 GPA’s, 1 CO Hampton (I combined my order w/ 2 friends), Andis clippers, 2 Baker sheets, a pair of socks, spur straps, hat cleaner, 2 sets of no bows, and 2 8qt. buckets. I checked my invoice Saturday, the only things listed were the CO helmet, 1 Baker blanket, hat cleaner, 1 pair of socks, Andis clippers, and spur straps, fine I understand the other stuff was sold out. Fast forward to yesterday afternoon, box arrives, and there is 1 Baker blanket, Andis clippers, spur straps, and hat cleaner w/ an invoice that totals $101, I then hop on the website for one last check, I go to the ‘my account’ part to check my invoice, and there on my invoice it says 1 Baker blanket, Andis clippers, spur straps, hat cleaner, 1 pair of socks, and 1 CO helmet, with a grand total of $350, and it states that all items on that invoice shipped. Well, I take the tracking # they gave me and go to UPS.com, thinking maybe they shipped in two boxes…nope, that is not the case, the tracking # is for the box that arrived yesterday afternoon. I understand they were completely overwhelmed with this sale, but it would be nice if they could get their act together enough to be able to let people know what’s going on with their orders, I STILL cannot get a hold of anyone at the store to find out what’s going on, and if my credit card was charged for the $101 amount or the $358. :mad:

well, told some friends about the danskos…called that thursday morning, were told they had them…ordered over the website and got a confirmation. they called today because they hadn’t gotten a shipping confirmation or anything and were told they are sold out.
if i’m a cry baby for being annoyed about this process, so be it. getting told they have an item and to order online, only to find out they are sold out a week later is bad business.
did anyone get a complete order?

i ordered 2 pairs of socks and set of halter fleece, all i got was the halter fleece.
sis ordered saddle pad, socks and a car sticker, she got the socks…
I don’t think anyone got a complete order…if you did, you were SERIOUSLY lucky! Online says that I got half of what I ordered, but I don’t have anything in my possession yet…and I ordered early Friday morning.
I ordered Thursday and just called them. They said my order had been canceled because they were out of everything and that they had sent me an email. I did not receive an email.
Mine just came. I got everything but the spurs that I ordered. The breeches had a big black stain on the thigh, but I called and they are sending UPS to pick them up and will credit me. Despite being overwhelmed, they were very nice and helpful with the problem with the breeches.
I placed an order on Sunday (March 4th), and they sent me the shipping conformation last night. I got onto the site to check what had shipped, and right now is says everything I ordered shipped! I didn’t order many ‘hot’ items… I don’t think anyway… I got 15 items, and was really surprised they all say ‘shipped’ under their status!
I can’t track the order yet, says the tracking number isn’t valid yet. But it shipped out on the 6th, so hopefully it’ll be here soon. I’ll let everyone know what I do end up getting… hopefully everything if their website is correct.
See I didn’t think I got too hot of items in QuicSilver and Show Sheen, but apparently those aren’t coming with my order :-\
I ordered on Thursday and I did get a “complete” order. Let’s see - I ordered a martingale, stud muffins, a soft brush and a comb. Nothing too exciting, but I was happy about the martingale.
I would have thought a $114 bit for $65 was ‘hotter’ that a $3 pair of boot hooks for $1.50 but I got the bit and not the boot hooks. Thank goodness it wasn’t the other way around- I would have cried if I’d paid $10 in shipping to save $1.50 on boot hooks! For the record, BOTH items were listed “shipped” on the email but only the bit arrived and was charged to my card.
Also, note to self: you’ve been doing too much online shopping when not one of your 9 dogs bothers to bark at the UPS man.
Looks like the website is finally doing real time orders and removing items as they are sold, so if you place any additional orders you should have a better idea if you will actually get something or not.

Yesterday I ordered some brown Ariat paddock boots… Hasn’t been canceled yet, so I have high hopes.
Ok, UPS just came and I got 2 of my 15 items ordered :mad:. Bell boots (which I ordered 2 pairs of, only got 1), and hat cleaner. Paid $7.23 shipping for a tiny +/- 1lb. box.
What bugs me is that I noted in the comments box when I placed my order to please let me know if any items were out of stock. I wasn’t notified. Plus, when I go to track my order, it says that every item is ‘Shipped’… which confuses me, since I only got 2 items. I really wish they would’ve called/emailed me to tell me that only 2 items were availible, and did I still want to place the order. I would’ve said no.
I’m emailing them now to see if maybe another box is coming (the package I got said 1 of 1 on it, but you never know), and if not, why the items say ‘Shipped’ instead of ‘Not in Stock’ or whatever.
I’m off to Ebay to check out all the things you all ordered and received and don’t fit, LOL!!

I may stop by on my way to the barn on Saturday. I am curious to see if they have any XL velcro bell boots left. I could also use 2 snaps, because the 2 on my stall guard seem to have mysteriously disappeared.
I got my order and got two out of the three things I ordered. Unfortunately according to my bank statement I still paid for the electrolytes that I didn’t receive. Yet, they also still put me with $14 of shipping for a bar of castile soap and a bit. I’m a little peeved about that. I would be ok about the electrolytes if they had refunded that money.:mad:
I got the boots I ordered today!! That was all I ordered, so I’m a happy shopper
My CO Hampton is wonderful! It was the only thing I ordered (on Thursday), got here Tuesday (with 3 day shipping)…the right size and everything. Glad I didn’t add everything else I was looking at though.
