Might be outside the scope of the Federal Investigation that generated these particular indictments. Up to that states Racing Board or whoever regulates Pari mutual betting to pursue?
God forbid we have a National Board instead of a jigsaw of state boards, some toothless and/ gutless. That would make too much sense.

Per the Paulick report; Call Paul (formerly trained by Jason Servis) was euthanized after breaking down in training at Belmont this week. “Catastrophic left hind” injury.

Jason Servis trained Call Paul’s sire Friesan Fire as well.
