Speed round also counts
So does yesterday and today determine team medals? Does the speed round count toward team medals or just individual standings? From what I’ve gathered speed rounds count toward individuals only.
The speed round, yesterday and today determines the team medals as far as I know. The speed round also carries on to the individual competition, I think.

We can’t buy a clear round right now. Come on Beezie!!!
Well, we’re doing better than other teams are. I guess the good part is we’re still in 4th.

The US can still medal if Beezie jumps clear and Ludger has 4 faults. If that happens, then the US would end up with a total score of 16.72 and Germany would have 16.82.

Right now the total team scores:

NED: 8.83
FRA:10.08
GER: 12.82
USA: 16.72

Very close for the bronze, BTW. 3-5 was US, Germany, Brazil - all with 16.xx faults. Ultimately it did come down to the first day’s speed class.
