I guess Hong Kong gets a team because they are the hosts. But, I guess the riders still had to qualify to be on the team, and I do not know how that works. I have not seen any people associated with Hong Kong in any other sports, though, have any of you? I have also not seen a Hong Kong Volley ball/ Baseball/ Basketball team.
