SJ Day 2

Ok - screen went dark during the break and now won’t come back on!! All I get is “Please stand by. Starting soon.” But I know they’re showing again - this is killing me! Beezie’s in the ring!

Nice round from Beezie!

Individual riders get a clean slate at the start of round 4, so as long as Mclain puts in a solid round tomorrow and manages to get in the top 35, the foot in the water won’t keep him out of medal contention.[/QUOTE]

Great, thanks for info, thought all counted like in the Euros!

Good job Beezie! Nerves of steel! I am still rooting for McLain to get a medal, though!

So the live scoring says 4 faults and LucyShow says nice round. Guess the mare got over her nerves and Beezie is back on track.

Whew!

Yay! Much better today!

anyone know what that rattling sound is as riders jump the 3rd to last fence (red x vertical)? Just curious

Nice round for the Dutch. I’m liking their team. Beezie and Volo looked good too.

Bummer of a rail for Beezie!! She just barely brushed it from what I could see! The next rider hit it hard and it stayed up :frowning:

No no no no - just mad at the THOUGHT of electric wires etc etc etc!!!

I don’t envy Reed at this point!! Keep your cool, kid, we are rooting for you!!

Camera taking pictures I believe.

Huge, huge bummer about Mclain and Andi having the water today… but I would bet that they will both learn from that one and clear it in future rounds. Remember, he had it with Sarah in Beijing too early on… still finished with team gold.

For Individual medals other than US, I would love to see Ian Miller medal with Star Power… perfectly deserved and possible. That horse is peaking at the right time. Nick skelton and Big Star look amazing- I think they probably WILL be on the podium. I adore Penelope Leprovost and Mylord Cathargo… would love to see them medal some day, but having just seen an 8 fault round today, it will not be this Olympics. Again, as an underdog, Daniel Bluman and Sancha LS. That is a really good partership… That mare has been clean every time I have seen her go.

Wooohooooh!!

What a round from Lisen after this fall yesterday!!

Really impressive for a 17 yo!! looked good all the way, small mistakes got two rails…

Lovely ride for Meredith - too bad about those late rails… :frowning:

Good ride for Reed. Too bad about the rails - but she certainly kept her cool and showed how talented she is. What a great addition to our team.
