But seriously - if y’all could look at that photo for a second and tell me if you think there is something asymmetrical with her face? It’s something I’ve been seeing for about two months now, but sometimes I see it and sometimes I don’t. Just tell me if you see anything, and if so, what.

Hard to tell about asymmetry as her facial marks and coloring do not seem to be identical on both sides. Maybe take some more straight on shots with different lighting and shadows and see what shows up.
From that picture, it looks like the right side of her face might be a little fuller but it’s hard to tell with the lighting. The light is brighter on her right side. Also looks like her eyes might not be quite the same size/shape but that could be an illusion because of the markings around her eyes. It could be that she has a little more dark eyeliner on the left eye.

To me, it seems like the right side of her face is fuller than the left as well, and the eye is being almost pushed forward. That’s the side from which the vet thought she might need to have a tooth removed (too close together), so I wonder if it’s something to do with that. She acts totally normal, but now that my vet has a dental x-ray machine, I may think about having her imaged just to be sure.

That was my first thought, the dental issues she’s been having. I am however, not very familiar with cat medical issues, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

You don’t have a Savannah breeder somewhere in the vicinity, do you? Something about her eyes reminds me of a Savannah. Maybe a breeding male escaped for a while and met up with Itty Bitty’s mommy? She might not be your “little” girl anymore, but she’s as cute as ever.

Not that I know of - but from what I have read, she fits the bill, except for size. But she could be 3rd or 4th generation removed.

There’s loads of pics of F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 Savannah/domestics online and Itty Bitty does resemble some of the F3 and F4 kitties, especially in her face, head shape and body/bone. Then add in behavior and energy levels and BINGO, we have a winner. Just going on your descriptions.
Wonder if any of the commercial cat dna tests pick up on Savannah/domestic mixes?
Actually, I found one that does include Savannah cat in their testing … those tests are $100+ each, though!
