The Tour Director
Turn-To is 4 generations back, and more Argentine, British and French bloodlines than I usually expect.
And his pedigree: http://www.pedigreequery.com/the+tour+director

But a lovely gelding so not very useful on this forum. Maybe ask the mods to move it somewhere it will get more attention?
What a handsome lad he is! Very classy looking, twelvegates.
Sorry – thought breeders might have some thoughts about his pedigree. I will ask the Mods to move this post.
Horse has a lot more Matchem than is common these days and it’s certainly VERY unusual to find Discovery on the first page of the pedigree.
I like his pedigree for sport quite a lot.

Oh sorry, I thought you wanted to get him a home. I just figured there were less potential homes on this forum.

No problem :).
I also noticed that Beau Pere is on the first page of the pedigree.
From Dr. Birdsall: Beau Pere was a leading sire in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. Beau Pere stood at stud in California. and many jumpers originating in the western United States descend from him. His descendants include such jumpers as Encore (a Grand Prix winner in both Europe and North America), Black Market, Johnny’s Pocket (a Grand Prix winner in Jacksonville and Upperville, and winner with the United States Equestrian Team in Europe), Old English (winner of the Grand Prix of Ocala twice, Devon Grand Prix winner, and a member of the winning United States Nations Cup winning team at Washington International), Silver Exchange (on the United States Nations Cup winning team in Dublin in 1980), Singapore (winner of the American Jumping Derby), Sombre (a United States Equestrian Team member in 1979) and White Lightning (winner of Queen Elizabeth Cup in London and a member of winning Prix de Nations Team for the United States Equestrian Team in London, Dublin, Ostend, Rotterdam, New York, and Toronto, and on the silver medal United States team at the Munich Olympics).
He’s classic looking !!! “HANDSOME”
I noticed Amerigo in his line & this horse is very representative ~ looks like Amerigo’s twin.

I love everything about him!! He has such a regal look about him…I’m so happy he’s not a mare…or I would be trying to find a way to get him. I think you should go for it…super nice ones like him don’t come along that often…he really has a great look about him.
Don’t do it…another mouth to feed through the winter…sorry to be a buzz-kill…

But he’s cheaper than the other Christmas present I wanted…
What a handsome fellow! Go for it!!
I dont know why I look at these
I am in no position to have a horse, I hung up my spurs long ago
this is a fine fellow and I would grab him in a heartbeat
he has every aspect and that fine head and eye that I only see in TBs. It is what I fell in love with in the 60s and becomes my standard of my desired horse.

He really does have that “look of eagles” about him.
Discovery in the 5th generation. Not seen often. Looks like a handsome horse. If I were shopping and in the area, I’d look at him. Love the Alydar (via Turkoman) and his sire’s dam was the very best in the business for years.
