I was a saddle seat rider as a kid (back when dinosaurs roamed the earth). Now I’m attempting to be a dressage rider. We’re not that bad. I promise.

So, I came down to PA to see DH and relieve him of some of the dogs and help him work on organizing this farm (it’s a mess). Since I was down here I decided to go to New Holland and buy one tb… but I made a mistake and bought two :eek:
DH wants to know if there’s a ward for me in the Coth Hosp :lol:
Now I have to gush about these two little guys. They’re only three and are very sweet. All the people action at the sale, plus the cows and donkeys didn’t faze them. They were just very interested in everything and did whatever they were asked to do, including going down about 5 steps to leave the sale barn!! (All the ramps had trailers backed up to them.) Each step has about a four foot platform before the next step so they’re horse friendly, if the horse is step friendly, but how often do three year olds get to go up and down steps? I had to load them by myself and they just hopped on and said “where to now?”. When we got home I hosed them off because they’d been so hot all day (it was above 95 today) and then I turned them out. They played like they’ve been friends forever and then investigated the barn. They were agasted at the goats and used that as an excuse to buck across the pasture. If I’m really quiet right now I can hear them out there saying “yahoo, yippee yi yea”. :lol:
