We do have a story, and it was started by either HL or RNB. I’m not sure where RNB went, and HL has work. I would help with the story, but I think after a while I’d give up.

And whats this about Amwrider loosing her tattongas??
Amwriders tattongas got flattened in the sliding door… RNB reinflated them with Helium… thus she is floating near the ceiling with PP keeping her tied down. I hope to post a new segment later.
On another funny note… Me being accident prone as I am almost got my head stuck in the fence around the outdoor arena today. How you may ask?? Well I was wearing my loffly yet ugly new Tippary Sportage Plus helmet I was placing my water on the fence and my lovely horse who loves to play with bottles knocked it off on the other side of the fence soooo I stick my fat helmeted head through the fence to retrieve my bottle and once I got it tried to snake my head back through and IT WOULDN’T GO BACK!!! So I am standing there… horse in one hand behind me water in the other hand in front of me and head wedged between the slats of the board fencing and butt sticking out.:eek: A few explitives later I FINALLY managed to wiggle my head this way and that and got unstuck. THANK GOODNESS there was no one else around yet to see me get stuck. I swear at some point I heard my horse giggle I just KNOW I did!!!:lol:

Ok I think I can trust you guys not to laugh too hard at me… here are some vids of my lesson today… Yes there is a lot wrong but I swear I am getting better. I am riding him on a very loose rein to encourage him to use himself better and per trainer’s instructin and I am getting out of his way for now. (But it does make me do funny and ugly things with my hands though:uhoh:) I need to put my weight in my heels more amongst other things. For fun and further humiliation I will post 2 short vids of the 1 show I went to in Nov 07 for comparison. Hopefully someone sees some improvement there… :lol:

Keep in mind my horse is 17.1 and I’m 5’2 on a tall day I don’t think I look too small on him though.
You look great to me! And your horse is such a cutie even though he’s TALL.
Once you reach our ages, no one is allowed to criticize. It’s enough that we’re out there and riding and enjoying ourselves.
And you won’t see videos of me limping from my left groin pull from having to keep my 1200 pound QH from falling left. Ouch. DH is not happy;)

Thank you MLC I know I say I am an adult re-rider but the few lessons I got to take when I was a kid were nothing like what I am doing now so I am more like adult startus from beginus. :lol: I sometimes feel sooooo uncoordinated my mind is willing but the body… not so much. The young kids in the barn get a kick out of me getting frustrated and throwing the occasional hissy fit at myself:lol:. I don’t care if I ever show again I am having fun and enjoying sharing a hobby and interest with my kids.
And I know my guy is big… I was looking for something around 16 hands or so when I was shopping but I fell in loff with him so I ended up bringing home the big brute. He’s so laid back for a still green OTTB even if he was laughing at me while I was stuck in the fence. :lol:

I think the good horses find us. I wasn’t even looking for a horse when I bought my guy. Now after 30 years of not being on a horse, I’m trying to get this 50 year old body to learn dressage. Thank god my horse is a saint when I confuse him to no end with my body language.
And I LAUGH at you for getting stuck in a fence. Good thing horsie didn’t nip you on the @ss:lol:
That is a great improvement, your impulsion and consistency is better, your turns and lines are better. Looks like you are getting better at seeing your distances too.
I’m sure he thought about it but was too busy snickering to do it. I did ask him for help but what was he going to do??

Yes!! I am finally starting to see them… Actually in this clip I was so excited I announced at the end “I SAW IT!!” I think you can hear it:lol:

The announcer from that show has a funny sounding voice…very recorded.:lol: But then, I’m just easily amused.
