I too only received one pair of the breeches I ordered. My only complaint is every time I have called for an update the arrival date has gotten pushed back. Now I will say the customer service thus far has been great and I was even given a gift certificate for all the trouble but as brought up in my other thread I am a bit disappointed in the fabric used on the PrixTechs I received. Super thin and a bit shiny so I will have to call Monday and see what is going on. I really want to like them because they are super comfy!
I have purchased Tropical Rider Tropix breeches, and I found them to be incredibly cheap. I wouldn’t pay a nickel for them. To make matters worse, the company is also clueless about customer data security. When I returned the breeches, they emailed my full credit card number, security code, and exp date to confirm the refund had been placed on my card!!! What kind of company does this? I would strongly advise against doing any business with this company, unless you enjoy credit card fraud.
