Teaching Dog Recall: The High Energetic, High Prey Chase Drive and Intelligent

If she has high prey drive–I wonder if a squaker/“wounded rabbit call” like they use with greyhounds would be attention getting enough to yank her away from flesh and blood bunny excitement?

Of course she might not have an inbuilt excitement for that like the retired racing greys do, but you could fix that. One more random suggestion thrown out there, you never know!

Thanks for the suggestion Beau!

Things are going slowly, like with any youngster, some days are better than others. When she wants to play outside, and I instead want her in as soon as she comes back inside I play with her so she will realize that we will play all she wants… indoors. Its too cold for that nonsense outside

Thanks for all the suggestions.
