I looked at his website. He shares with Cheato his ability to really get the most out of a Sharpie- he scribbled out the names of all of the people whose reviews he actually used.

Riding one of my mares once with a well-known clinician. He was complimenting my mare (“Now that’s a dressage horse!”) and asked me how she felt. I said it felt like she was about to explode under me. He said that was exactly what she should feel like, always riding that knife’s edge between brilliance and meltdown.

He blocked me on Facebook waaaay back when he was praising himself for doing an amazing shoulder in that was more of a messy leg yield - and I asked about that. He then went on to say he was preparing the horse for a side pass instead… and when I asked how and why that would work based on what he had just said, what he was doing in the video and what he was “teaching” - he simply blocked me. One must not ever question a great dressage genius - even when they do not make sense. So no, he does NOT actually want questions or understanding or conversation or input - just slavish adoration of his book-learning horsemanshippery.

Can he block someone on DH who disagrees with his commentary on… DH? Or can he only block people on his own fb page?
DH has become his place to wallow. After yet another DH shame fest, where anyone who wasn’t down with the vile criticism was encouraged to leave, Nick chimed in with this:

Charlotte “These Are Hands” is an awful rider. She’s forceful and over rides. Her reins are too short and she never has her horses in true collection and self carriage.

When somebody blocks you, it’s as if they no longer exist. You can’t see their profile or any of their posts on other pages/groups/profiles. But you can’t be blocked from the whole group/page by a member other than the admin. So you’d still see everything else on DH page except for NP’s posts or comments.

I don’t have a fb page, but I guess because I had a business fb page ages ago I’m able to browse public pages and groups on fb.

There are some public pages where you don’t need to be logged in at all (or even have an account) to view them. Depends on individual settings. But in that case if someone blocks you, you can just log out and then you’ll see their posts on that public page again.

I was the moderator of the one I’m talking about, so it’s definitely gone 
whether or not there are other private groups that keep tabs on him, I wouldn’t speculate
