The Maestro has written another book

That was thistledew dressage. I think the police paid Nick a visit and had a little chat with him after that, which I am sure isn’t in his book.

You know, the irony is that those who can afford to sue his sorry ass will not bother, because he is just so far gone that they know that no one would take him seriously. In order to actually obtain damages, you need to show that what this idiot has done has caused you a loss.

Made people chuckle, and post about his issues, yes. Lose money because of his opinion? Nope.

I wish I had half of such a brilliant wit.

Thank you COTHer for making another video.

Plus, they’d just be giving him more fodder/attention to pursue his calling as a professional victim, and he’s always changing his story anyway. Ever hung out with someone, perhaps a relative, who plays the martyr card? It’s exhausting.

Additionally, you run the risk of making a hot head angry and we’ve seen, on his own videos, how he reacts to feeling slighted

There’s nothing quite like a pompous narcistic martyr.

Whomever made this new text message video, even if it’s NP - THANK YOU!!

I laughed so hard I think I tinkled a little bit.

He’s not worth the time or the effort. No one cares what he says.

I think it is just bombastic talk on Nick’s part and him showing up at someone’s house is highly unlikely. Even if he did, he probably got the wrong house due to his proven horrible sleuthing skills and he probably had someone filming it all.

Didn’t one of the US channels - maybe Fox - recently actually use the defence that the BS they were spouting couldn’t be slander/libel b/c their news personality is so obviously a clown that no one could reasonably expect he was telling the truth?

ETA: a quick google yielded: The Tucker Carlson Defense. I guess the Maestro could use that since, as you note, no one really involved in horses/dressage would believe anything he said.

ETA2: damages needn’t be monetary

That video is still available to watch as well. Those poor girls.

Wow. Thanks for enlightening me.

I guess I’d forgotten about the craigslist ad, although I don’t recall how the targeted woman incurred Nick’s wrath. She must’ve pointed out some sort of flaw in his character. His response is never a moment of self-refection. It’s always aggressive nastiness. Ironically, he tries to portray himself as someone imbued with religious piety.

When I’m no longer practicing, I will still uphold the ethics requirements of my profession. Not doing so would cast a shadow backwards over my professional career. It would also suggest that I wasn’t unethical in the past only due to sanctions, which certainly wouldn’t look great for my character as a person, in general. I was shocked that she, as someone who is or was a mental health professional, would make those generalisations, characterisations, insults, and declarations of mental health status about a group of people she not only knows nothing about, but certainly has never treated. Shockingly unprofessional even for a retiree.

That anyone could see his own admissions of stalking (not hearsay, his own written admission of tracking people down and harassing them at their homes, his own uploaded videos of following women on the street and harassing them and of calling women at night to harass them) and facts like his taking out a sex advert in some woman’s name - at Christmas time, no less (remember, Jesus is the reason for the season, as he would know if he was an actual Christian and would not use that special time to act 100% contrary to the teachings of Jesus) - and call him the stable one in this situation, let alone the victim, is truly absurd.

Just looking at that partial list above, that she comes to the conclusion that COTH posters are women who have issues with men and not that NP is dishonest to a fault and clearly, glaringly, has issues with women, tells me all I need to know about this person. Just b/c one has or had a professional title doesn’t mean they were ever competent or even professional in their behaviour. That list doesn’t even touch on his misrepresentations of affiliations with various trainers and farms or his copyright and IP theft!!

His repeated harassment of and attacks on women evidence a dangerous and unstable man with anger/aggression issues.

It is so funny to follow these threads and see him correct his various mistakes (forward, exert, attempt to splice into his phone harassment video a notice that he was recording, etc.) as they are pointed out. Let’s see how long it takes him to figure out what’s wrong with “clicks”. :joy:

I think Swamptown Editing and Legal Advice should invoice him at some point.

Not a problem for most us. He’ll find himself in way over his head if he tries showing up at anyone’s front door again.

I’m confident that he would be easily dispersed. I would “lobbest towards thou foe the Holy Hand Grenade Of Antioch” which is just as silly as are his bizarre threats.

Certainly his sympathy for mass shooters is not to be taken lightly. He does seem to have the mentality to take his frustrations out against people he doesn’t know. However I don’t expect that he has the nerve to individually confront people he disagrees with.

The bombast is pathetic and I hope he is able to stop with the fantasies and the paranoia and move on. It’s sad that he is so invested in his fantasy of being a “Great Trainer” that he continues to make a fool of himself online. Anyone that has children should really think twice before putting such garbage out for the world to see.

Nick is very open about this behaviour.

Isn’t there some obligation on a therapist to contact potential victims and warn them of a threat?

My guess is she has nothing more to do with him than having liked his posts, many years ago. He steals from people with ablomb. She likely knows he wrote this, he could she not, by now, and has chosen to be silent about it, especially online. Maybe she doesn’t know what he’s done, claimed, about her. I doubt, though, that she wrote that, or would have. I also doubt she is in any manner his therapist.

What worries me is that there are lots of people with very limited online presence, so she might actually not know about this at all.

Or her text was heavily edited by the likes of the weekend brain surgeons also known as the three “editor’s.” After all, there is something known as poetic license when you are a gifted author genius type above all rules of professional conduct.

I believe this is the thread about the late night phone call situation for those who might not have read it already.

Out of curiosity, I looked at his other book on Amazon to see if he’s been continuing to promote that one or if he’s shifted all of his efforts over to the dressage book.

There’s an interesting recent review about how the relationships between men and women are written in the book, and how the author appears to be glorifying misogyny. So it appears to be a common theme with him.
