Have you checked out the barrel saddles lately? I have a hard time keeping my leg under me and I had to search long and wide for a barrel saddle that didn’t make me feel like I was sitting in a recliner! Most barrel saddles do NOT hang your legs directly under you, but instead have more forward hung fenders to keep you from leaning forward/getting your legs behind you coming out of a barrel.
