My friend is having a heck of a time with a Triton Barns or Saratoga Stalls & Barn and I thought I would pass on the word about them. The company claims to be a US-made product and also takes half down then half at delivery. They decided to deliver to Seattle then demand the rest before shipping out to Pasco (about a 4 or 5 hour drive from Seattle).
“Please anyone buying stall fronts or stall inserts. I don’t care how gorgeous they look in the pretty brochure. Do not buy from Triton Barns or Saratoga stalls and barn. They are made in China, which they don’t tell you or mislead you enough that you think they are made in the USA and the company does not honor their contract, shipping and customs are a horror. Now my stalls are in Seattle somewhere. Since I have only paid for half of the stalls and the second half upon delivery I have had the owner threaten me that I am holding up the delivery. This has been an awful experience.”
She still has not received the stall fronts and they arrived in Seattle around the 13th of October.
