MCM, I and my students took home more ribbons (and trophies) than anyone else put together. I also won a small donkey at the tombola stall. I think it’s because we got a little inventive while sleeping with the officials. Also because I threatened to drain everyone’s truck batteries so they’d be stranded at Spaghetti Junction forever…mwahahahaha

Well, as you guys may know, I won my first class!!! I won the 26 and under eq for riders on horses over 20hh. Here is a picture from the class! I am happy! But now I must go find Snap and practice for the 18 wheeler tandem! I hope my groom has Rambo Go Gold Fishes ready…I do hate waiting.

Okay guys, serious questions here: my husband’s class reunion is this weekend, and there’s a potluck dinner on Saturday. Naturally, I thought I’d dazzle the folks with a mean dish of resque. My dilemma: what’s the best marinade for resque? I’m partial to Dale’s, but what works for you?
