About a year and a half ago I asked about a sort of hybrid of tall boots and muck boots. I am kind of picky about riding in muck boots as I very much prefer the feel of tall boots. However, the reason I was looking for an all-in-one is because 3 years later, my boots still haven’t dropped enough for me to be able to squat to brush legs, put brushing boots on, etc.
Anyways, it looks like Mountain Horse came out with their Wild River line of boots last fall! Here’s a video showing the lineup. They look a bit more comfortable to work in than tall boots! Currently am switching between my tall boots & Crocs which was fine until I remember they have holes when I stepped in a substantial puddle.
Just figured I’d mention it incase anyone else is looking for an all-around boot!
