UPDATES! Michael Barisone Released! FREEDOM! Plus Insurance Settlement

Truly Lauren Kanarek is a loser in numerous ways.

And the world knows how much of a loser she is. Her reputation is ruined.

15D level chess? Clearly not. If THIS was her plan, it’s turned out to be a weak, terrible, poorly executed plan.

LK has shown the world who she is and in response the world has let LK know they do not at all approve - to say the least!

Wow. Great news for Michael.

You are so right, what an amazing week for Michael and his whole team.

Congratulations on yet another step forward to all involved.

Thank you, once again, for keeping us updated @ekat!

So Barisone obviously prevailed. And I hope for a lot a lot.

Thank you @ekat! As always, on top of things!

Another facet of the FTB plan has officially failed.

And a jury, as finder of fact, decided that OJ did not shoot Nicole. Do you want to hang your hat on that verdict as well?

Thank Goodness!

So much to celebrate!

Hopefully this will mean that sufficient funds are available for whatever legal battles are still to come with SafeSport issues. And after completing his therapeutic process, MB may resume his professional work with horses and riders. If that’s what he wants to do.

Minor quibble.

OJ used a knife. The crime was absolutely horrific in terms of the savagery.

Poor Nicole. Poor Ron.

Domestic violence is an awful thing.

Ha.

Do you recollect what MB’s initial suit asked in terms of damages?

Maybe there will be enough left over to buy a top tier young prospect to develop as a therapeutic and recovery project. He could find a nice “R” line horse and name it “Redemption”

Okay, this just made me laugh. And laugh and laugh.

I shall title this upcoming Thursday, “A Tale of Two Thanksgivings”

I can envision two diametrically opposite scenarios when it comes time for that hallowed, traditional moment, where each participant names what they’re thankful for.

North of $400k is all that is on the record.

Thanks for clarifying.

It seems clear that the insurance company settled rather than going to trial. People can draw rational conclusions from there.

I do find it ironic that Lollypop and Inigo-Montoya spent YEARS salivating over possible insurance settlements they were sure she would get, and in the end, it seems highly likely MB netted a larger one.

I’m sure she is reading along and taking note of this. I hope she set some money aside for possible dental repairs, in the event she damages her teeth from the inevitable gnashing.

Rather quickly, I might add. 6 months? That’s pretty quick, especially in federal court.

It seems they really wanted a quiet and quick resolution.

I would imagine that is in MB’s best interests as well.

So good news all around.

Very good news.

I don’t think there is much more work that can be done. Lauren already had a dental plate at the trial and bone loss accelerates once you have lost a tooth. Aging, genetics, bad luck - anything can start that ball rolling.

It’s a shame we haven’t figured out how to replace bone loss in the jaw yet. But I hope it is on the near horizon.

You are right - I was misremembering. Age and long covid do not help. Thank you for the correction.
