Ya know, I’m thinking this whole long involved Krol process, and the fact that MB has now been found by a judge in a legal proceeding to NOT pose a threat to himself or others MIGHT prove helpful during a SafeSport appeal.

Think about it.

Has anyone else on that list ever been subjected to so very much psychological evaluation for potential safety risks?

He’s been undergoing inpatient evaluation for well over a year.

This is a pretty unique situation in many respects.

I’ve been following the thread, and am curious about the outcome of today’s Krol hearing.

When I real Lara Osborne’s Go Fund Me updates, I pay attention to what she says and what she doesn’t say. She has never reported that MB has received permission for excursions outside the facility. This suggests to me that he has not progressed up the levels and is not close to being released at this time.

But who knows? Perhaps he has progressed up the levels and LO has not been advertising the progress on the Go Fund Me page.

Well @CurrentlyHorseless, you will be very disappointed to know that Michael had over 21 days of excursions, as well as overnights.

And CurrentlyHorseless, you will also be disappointed to know that Michael completed at least 20 individual sessions with a psychiatrist and 60 group sessions.

Michael’s treatment team of both his psychiatrist and psychologist testified that he went above and beyond to complete treatment assignments and move up through the levels of progression he needed to in order to earn the privileges of days and nights out.

Maybe LO did not see the need to report every time Michael farts to the GFM.

The state could not prove their burden so Michael earned his release. It was determined by Judge Taylor today that Michael is of no threat to himself, others or property!

I wouldn’t wait around waiting for a mea culpa from you @CurrentlyHorseless because I do not think you are capable of it.

And what about Lollypop? I’ve only loosely followed what has happened to her lately, but it’s my understanding that she isn’t even eligible to compete at present, as she isn’t compliant with SafeSport training requirements.

Yes, Lauren will fade into obscurity. Maybe she’ll just enjoy her horses, and the multiple cats she keeps in her garage, as long as she can be healthy enough to ride now and then. I don’t even think she rides all that much, at least not to get herself and her horses competition ready.

I said that LO had not reported that he had been granted excursions and that might mean that he had not been working up the levels. Or it might not.

Netflix was in fact there, and their producer spoke to many. Filming was done in the morning before court was in session, with more very extensive filming at lunch, as well as after the end decision was made.

I personally recommended the producer take a deep dive into COTH. A very deep dive including screen shots of deleted posts!
