USEF Network coverage of Devon

@Natalie_A - I believe the other issues you are experiencing to be issues that you would need to reach out to ClipMyHorse for assistance with. I am not able to provide information on what streaming content is or is not able to be viewed via the full screen ability. However, I can say that it depends on the device of which you are attempting to view the content on.

Kindly,

I’m still using the same devices (logged in and out). Interestingly enough, I can watch replays with no issue, just having issues with live streaming in full window.

@pompeiii - Thank you for getting back to me with that clarification. I have forwarded your feedback on this issue to our IT staff. Additionally, I would advise reaching out to ClipMyHorse regarding your streaming in full screen mode concerns. I deeply apologize for the difficulties you are experiencing, and I assure you that we are taking all feedback seriously and doing our due diligence to address all concerns. Please do let us know if you have any other issues with your USEF account connecting to your CMH account.

@Ashleah I just wanted to commend you for the excellent and professional customer service you have provided in this thread. To proactively reach out to assist those with complaints is top notch, even if the coverage hasn’t been.

@Ashleah Yes, agree with the above poster. Well done.

I think the CMH problems may just be learning curve problems. I think offloading this to a specialized streaming service is generally a smart move.

Are they not livestreaming everything?

For whatever reason, it’s all sorted itself out today, but thank you so much for your help. It’s nice to be able to actually watch the streaming now that I can’t get back to Devon the rest of the week.

@LazyA1 - Thank you so much for your understanding. Additionally, this is exactly what USEF was going/hoping for with the transition. I know the process is new and seemingly overwhelming for a lot of users as to how to get their USEF accounts connected to their CMH accounts appropriately. That is what we are here for. Anyone may tag/reach out to me here with any inquiries, and I will make sure to get them addressed accordingly. Also, anyone may reach out to us at memberservices@usef.org or our new number 859-810-8733.

@MHM - Good morning, I hope today finds you splendidly!

I want to apologize on behalf of USEF for your frustrations/difficulties with the transition to ClipMyHorse. I understand that change is difficult, and I relate that sometimes transition processes are not always the easiest. In following, 95% of the concerns I have assisted with have just been issues with getting logged into a member’s CMH account appropriately. If you are having issues getting into your CMH account or any related concerns, please do let me know. I can assist you with getting into your account accordingly. If you would rather email us at memberservices@usef.org or give us a call at 859-810-8733, we would absolutely be happy to assist you.

If there is a specific issue/concern you need assistance addressing, please do let me know, and we may troubleshoot together to see if we may get it addressed promptly.

I hope you have a fantastic day!

Best,

How do I watch the Derby? I am logged in but there is nothing to click on?

Click on Devon horse show and then the live link.

I think it didn’t appear until a little after 9. I guess I was too early! LOL

I previously have not had any issues but my subscriber membership expired and I just renewed. Now when I log in to my existing CMH account it won’t show my any archived USEF network content. I’ve logged out of everything and gone back through the links on the USEF page while.logged in there and then logged into CMH. Once it randomly asked to link the two but then that disappeared. I was under the impression that the subscriber level had access to replay.

I have had trouble figuring out how to toggle from the Dixon Oval to the Wheeler Ring. They should add a user-friendly tab of some sort. Otherwise my experience has been good.

How’s your livestream performing tonight? Mine’s terrible. Constant screen freezing and pixelation.

Same for me, about to give up on watching tonight

Yeah I’m about to give up tonight too. It’s awful. And the sound is awful too.
