If it were true she would be required by law to send the body to the state lab. So really, a very bad lie.

Vet board revokes Lindsey’s license. She’s rejecting their order, but they’re going before an administrative judge to have it enforced.

That’s the TEXAS vet board, tho. Is it possible for her to be re-licensed in another state?

She can apply in other states, but you have to report if your license has been disciplined or revoked in any other jurisdiction, AND you have to have a letter of good standing from each previous board where you have been licensed - so my guess is that it wouldn’t be easy.
