Watching Rolex online?
I really think it is not just the Rolex venue – I think many horses have seen crowds, but not the high bleacher stands before. How did all those people get up there in the air !!!
Yep, the “people up in the air will jump down on top of me and eat me” instinct. I can’t really blame horses for feeling this way, but it does cause issues… I can’t imagine riding mine in front of bleacher-type seats…

I actually got on the site last night from my phone and saw a link to “day 1 dressage” under rolex coverage, but by the time I turned on my laptop it was gone. And their twitter feed indicated it would be up sometime last night, so not sure what’s going on :frowning:

Trying to be patient, but… hehe

And now my phone is dead so I’m without feed for a little while. I has a sad.

This is a question from a NOT dressage rider. Why did the last couple of horses (the only ones I saw) seem so behind the bit? Is that normal?
And - I am thrilled to see so many TBs in the mix!

Great recovery by Andrew Hoy! Looked like his horse was a little spooky but it was a really solid test considering.

Sally is hilarious – she got the crowd to do the Aussie cheer as Andrew Hoy came out of the ring, causing the horse to just about leap out of his skin :lol::lol: Andrew tipped his hat and Sally gleefully cackled.

That was too funny – Andrew must have a great sense of humour!

I love Titanium

i love love love andrew nicholson’s mare! she is lovely. And the brown saddle looks very class IMO!

Sally was to funny with the chanting! I remember doing that at the 2006 rolex when he won (my only time going to Rolex). the crowd was fired up!

Oh no, did the commentary just go out again? I know technical glitches happen, but really want to hear Sally’s commentary on Karen’s ride. :frowning:

Not upset or complaining - just disappointed. Very happy to have the online coverage available. I think it has been wonderful thus far!

it’s back! KOC nailed those changes just in time for the commentary to come on!

Yay, it came back on toward the end.

Thursday Dressage is up! In 2 parts.

YAYYYYY! I know what I’m doing tonight  Watching on my phone was like watching stop action animation, LOL

It’s on tonight from 6-8pm EDT. The order of go is here: http://www.kentuckyreining.com/draw.php?type=normal

I believe tomorrow’s freestyle reining is half an hour earlier.

I’m at the MD Hunt Cup all day tomorrow, anyone know if they will put up xcountry video on the USEF site like they did for dressage? Here’s hoping…

thank you!!

Did anyone else see a resemblance between Mr. Medicott and BIKO? If he wasn’t liver chestnut, they would really look alike.

Very nice ride by Karen!
