Milo has decided the cat tree is his.
He doesn’t seem to notice his fat arse spills over the side. :smirk:

Repeat after me….”I do not need another cat/kitten, I do not need another cat/kitten……”

But he is so cute!

Client does rescue (canine/feline) and he is 1 of 5 kittens born to a feral mom from a fed feral colony (mom is with the kittens). Currently 5.5 weeks old. Mom will be spayed, vax after weaning and returned to colony. Kittens will all be vax (including rabies) and spay/neuter before being adopted out at 4 months (because of rabies vax). I can adopt earlier because client knows me and I will take care of vet care on my own. He is the first one to venture out from the clowder and begin to interact with humans so I think he is pretty bold. Foster has grandkids and dogs so kitten will be “well-exposed to life”.

I certainly don’t NEED another cat, especially a kitten, but I have almost always had a grey cat in my house and he via rescue.

So, how do I say NO?:rofl::rofl:

Will check for FeLV/FIV at 8-9 weeks and hope he is negative. Yes, I know about positives being possibly maternal antibody interference

You don’t! (If I were in your shoes, I’d be all over him like a fat tick!)

@paint_hunter If you don’t adopt him I’ll think there is something seriously wrong with you! He is a tiny heartthrob wrapped in a furry, warm coat. :heartpulse: And everybody knows you don’t count the actual number of cats in your house. Sheesh, didn’t you know that? :kissing_closed_eyes:

Another Orangeguy photo.
Milo birdwatching.
Note the tail draped decoratively in the fake tulips

Love the photo. This reminds me of one of my (late) Flynn.

The aptly-named kitty bed…

Everyone needs another cat (even if it’s a kitten that is satanically possessed, as most are).

I hope you didn’t expect to be talked out of that cute little bugger here!

I have only had 3 cats. First one was a lovely lady. Couldn’t ask for a better first cat. I worked evenings and she wanted to play when I got home from work…totally understandable. So I get the thought that she needs a playmate? I was at the barn and the neighbor comes driving up…do you want a cat? Me—I have one. Neighbor—do you want another one? Me—I have been thinking about it. Neighbor—I’ll be right back. She comes jetting back with a 5 week old tabby kitten. How can you say no?

That is how I ended up with Oscar

Emmy was my girl and was forever pissed at me for getting Oscar (they were only about a year and a half apart.

So I had an Emmy and an Oscar. I only needed a Tony and a Golden Globe I would have had an EGOT :joy:. Emmy and Oscar are both gone now.

Angel is the current resident…making sure I didn’t forget her.
