We need some cute Kitty pics to cheer us up

Clem was dumped on my porch as a tiny kitten so I don’t know her background.

Her markings used to be known as “tortie point”—-I.e. Siamese body coloring with tortie markings — I don’t know if that term is still used.

But she’s also got some white bits like a Snowshoe, so I think there’s a lot genetically going on inside!

This was the day Clem arrived and Tricki Woo decided he was her protector.

Awww, good on Tricki Woo! Clem is gorgeous and very unique markings.

I once had a siamese/tabby. His whole body was siamese except for his tabby tail and the tabby M on his forehead.

Weren’t those types of markings/kitties called Lynx Points?

No, I had no idea that’s what he was. It was many years ago and someone dumped him on my farm as a tiny kitten. A client saw him and wanted him, because I wasn’t ready to take on any cats I let her have him.

I did some research and apparently they have great attitudes and personalities. They also darken out and get more stripes as they age, they’re gorgeous.

Valentine’s

You’re lucky!

My Valentine’s Day started with the dog accidentally side-swiping the cat this morning, then evolved into the cat yelling like she’d been murdered and smacking the poor dog (who’s smaller than she is) on the nose! So much for love and joy…

Oh we’ve been on pins and needles since the foot of snow has the cat trapped inside with us.
She hissed at us yesterday morning and took swipes at us all day yesterday as we walked past her… Gradually learning to give her a wider and wider berth…

My cat Bug likes to share things with my other pets and the outside birds. He always seems to have a very serious look on his face,

My new guy, Stripes, has Resting Bitch Face :smirk:
He’s a very sweet cat, though no lover of hugs & gives my Bounce (who really wants to be friends) a chill shoulder :disappointed:
But, he’s only been here 4mos. There’s Hope.

Pls, Loff me!

Naughty little teenager kitten Lucy. She has lost her back deck privileges unless I am right there to monitor. Peeps, can you send her a message to stop giving mom stress, lol

But then she can be so cute……

The Face of innocence :smirk_cat:
You could do what friends did for their cat:
Leash her when she’s on the deck…
:thinking:Though they did find cat dangling from the deck railing one day.
Feline Oxbow Incident :scream_cat:
Cat was not harmed! but no more unsupervised decktime :grimacing::pouting_cat:

Peep is on it! Peep also has a deck to lounge on but knows to stay close by which she surprisingly does. I’ll tell her to send some words to live by to sweet Lucy!

Rocky is telling me that it’s too early to feed the horses, cows, and goats. He says it’s bad for their tummies to eat this early. I should stay in bed petting him for awhile longer.

“Hey put the covers back!” This is Milo’s signature sneer/grin that happens when his lips get stuck on his 2 remaining teeth. When he is feeling yucky or cold his favorite thing to do is plow under ALL of the bedcovers and hibernate.
