is Daytona Beach 8 really full TB? Heard this on the H&H pod.
lol no she definitely is not full TB⊠knowing someone said that on a podcast is making me almost as twitchy as when I heard John Kyle say today that Windfall was a 5* winner (also not accurate) or when they list Virgil and Artistâs breeding as unknown (it is in fact very known).

Sheâs out of a fairly low-blood Oldenburg mare, mostly Holsteiner with some Trakehner.

As far as the German scores being lower, donât forget the first horse would not trot. He broke into a canter at every opportunity. I was surprised his score was as good as it was. And poor Sandra! The wind was blowing and her horse had a violent spook. They took down all the flowers, but it was too late for her. They just had bad luck this time. And we happened to send some polished pairs, who didnât have flowers blow over during their tests. Funny how even with the break, Tami was still the highest score for us.

Iâm going to assign myself the role of breeding âfixerâ I guess⊠Lucinda said Talismanâs sire Puissance was a Thoroughbred - he was not. Puissance is by the TB Imperius, out of an ISH mare by Diamonds are Trumps. However, Talismanâs dam IS a full TB, which helps make him 86% blood.

that Swiss horse looked very tired before their fall. they havent shown it so dont know if it was a horse fall.

Toblerone got a bit lucky at the brush fence before. Had a bad feeling we were going to see problems after that. It worried me when we saw his rider up and walking but nothing of the horse. No holds, so hopefully all is well.
