Bad news place!

Amazing isn’t it! The saga goes on and she finds new suckers!

Some of the horses have been on the adoption list 6-8 times moved here there and everywhere. Fine horses the ‘donating’ owners could have sold have not received the promised permanent homes and marvelous adopters.

For over a decade she has fooled the people. “She still doesn’t have 501c3 status, right?” Right!!! she never did and lied about it! She has been soliciting funds as a charitable organization and never paid taxes and she hasn’t been caught!! YET!!! there are many who still hold out hope that she will receive her just rewards.

BTW, back 6-8 years ago she would be horrified to be called a rescue…now she finds it to her benefit so she has become ‘a rescue’.

I really have mixed feelings as horses NEED help …but she has been so horrible to so many PEOPLE as well as to the horses…she really needs to self destruct and go away. THe farm which is in her personal name should have been paid for many times over with all the fund raisers she has done over the years and the people she has defrauded…but she is living off the money and the UPS truck has stopped by the farm with so many packages of ‘stuff’ she bought for herself funded by ‘program’ money. She deserves to rot somewhere in a filthy stall like the horses at her farm have had to endure.

I really like the comment on her FB page where she discusses why she cannot take Paypal. There are indications that they may be engaging in unethical business practices. :lol:

Hmmmm thought I had hit up every possible donor in the state of GA, how did I miss Bo and friends hahahahahaa.

It was farrier day today, Miss Hearts feet are finally starting to look like normal hooves, she gets around wonderfully. Shoes on backwards for my little foundered friend Buck, new shoes for those who still dance from time to time and pedicures for the rest. There went $500 dollars but Lord I was proud of my kids.

This lady is insane and I am so glad I can just plow away in the trenches. She will get what she has coming in the end I am sure. I only wish I had her talent for procuring funds but guess that would mean getting out of the barn and bs ing on here. Notta.

I once believed I was doing it all wrong when I compared my fundraising to hers but over the years, I have learned something from Celita. I am doing it the right way. There are no shortcuts. And I am good enough to pay my own mortgage hehehe.

Just keep on keepin on guys, she cant last forever.

Now, now, now Lori… if you had a 15 carrot diamond and ruby ring to give them, they would be giving you money!

So you just take 15 carrots and somehow weave them into a ring. And then you hit up Bo & Crew and you’ll have yourself a nice donation.

And now I’m going to go figure out how to turn 15 carrots into a ring myself. :slight_smile:

Gem weight and gold purity are measured in carats.

The higher the carat weight in gold, the more pure it is. And usually the heavier it is since gold is a heavy metal. Not head banging heavy metal. :wink: And also the softer the gold usually is, gold being pretty soft.

In gems, the carat weight is the actual weight of the stone. If referring to all the stones in a piece of jewelry, it’s termed TCW or Total Carat Weight. If it’s a single stone, it’s the weight of that stone. Which also means the size of that stone.

15 carats is a lot of freaking stone weight. I used to work with someone who had a 9 carat total weight diamond ring. 5 carat center stone with 2 carat side stones. It took up an enormous area on her hand. I can’t imagine how much room a 15 C ring would take, you’d end up looking like one of those kids wearing those big candy rings. Or a rapper. :lol:

15 carats would be a large bracelet or pretty big necklace.

But considering the source for the info on the ring…:rolleyes:…dollars to donuts she’s stretching the truth a tad bit. Or else it’s the world’s gaudiest ring.

But then I wouldn’t turn down this single stone ring…right under 15 carats:

this isn’t the first ‘carrot’ mistake Ms C has made. Remember the “4 Carrot” diamond engagement ring she got from the poor guy back a few years ago.

  1. it was maybe 1 1/2 carat at most
  2. aren’t you supposed to give back and engagement ring if you break up?
  3. then again maybe that is small potatoes compared to the second mortgage the ‘fiance’ paid off and she just never got around to signing the paperwork giving him a lien against the property even though she posted that she was going to do that. Some $145,000 I believe. :eek::eek:

There are people who believe she will be caught one of these days. So, Second Wind Adoption Program aka SWAP should be mentioned here in case anyone Googles. SHE IS NOT A NON-PROFIT and the farm is in HER name only. Any contributions are NOT tax deductible and the reality is NOT what is protrayed on her website.

All I can say is THANK GOD I didn’t send my horse to her!
