What's the deal with "unapproved" posts?

I will try to improve my proof reading; this IPad changes things when I’m not looking - I have caught some things that would get me in the woodshed:eek:

If a post gets unapproved, you can copy it, edit it to your heart’s content and paste it in the next posting window as a new post.
Be sure it shows up in the thread.
Then go back to the bilious green unapproved post, edit and delete it.

I tried that earlier and it didn’t work. Probably b/c I had a link in it.

Sorry, has worked for me every time, except when I started a thread and I didn’t want to cause problems with that.

Did you try to delete soon?
Not sure it works if we wait to do so too long, has to be soon after it was unapproved, I think.

Or maybe the filter function is getting even less functional, good to know that.
