Which channel(s) will have the equestrian events

Subscribe to cable for a month and then cancel it. What’s the difference between doing that and paying for PPV?[/QUOTE]

Pay TV services (cable, dish, FIOS) do not allow that. Year long contracts with substantial early termination fees ;).

And that’s even assuming you have the cable lines where you live. :frowning:

viney - can you upgrade your internet to dsl?

for others, so long as you have no scruples about grey market streams, they are definitely out there. a lot of them will come and go really fast. twitter is usually your best bet for finding them unless you already have good sources.

i post this b/c i think it is morally wrong in this economy for megabux cable companies to throttle information that used to be, and still should be, free to consumers and supported only by ads!!

For those asking about online streaming replays- I emailed NBC about it and they said they would be available for all streamed sports very soon after the feed and it sounded like they would available to non-cable subscribers after 48 hours but it was not the clearest email I have ever gotten.

My question is about the online streaming “schedule”- going by the schedule on the NBC site it sure does not look like it will be live and that it will be on after the TV coverage
Anybody else see this and whether I am just too dumb to read a schedule correctly?

Into the breech once more…

I am very disappointed with the tv schedule as presented. I realize they are trying to placate everyone, but it doesn’t look to me like they are trying very hard. But I digress… I am of the understanding we can crawl out of bed at [3 am here] to watch live streaming of whatever sport we wish to see. This better be so!:o
They have all those channels and at prime time, only one will be on sport. I will try not to watch much on NBC as a protest. Very small protest on my part.
