Will high waisted breeches be coming back?

I have a couple of questions about the Pikeur Candelas if anyone can answer?

Are they made for an hourglass figure (smaller in the waist, more generous in the hips and thighs)?
and
Do you think they run true to size?

I would like to order a pair, but $200 with the shipping from EU is a chunk of change to take a chance on. I would spend that much in a heartbeat if I knew they would fit or if I could easily return them. But the shipping to the EU back and forth makes that silly to do.

I’m a mid-rise person. Anything high waisted and at all snug would bother my intestines in a painful manner! But good to have the option for those who prefer it.

I’m small waisted with wider hips. I decided to try Pikeur and ordered the Dakona which I like. The top of the waistband is right at the top of my pelvis which is perfect for me.
