I am sorry that your reading comprehension is not up to par, but I did not say the dog bit the officer. I in fact said that the dog bit someone else and went after the officer. Not all police shoot dogs when they go after them. If the dog was up to date on it’s rabies shot it would not be “hauled in” but would be put in quarantine at home unless the dog had an extensive bite history. For saying how no one on here is credible, you sure seem to think your imput is very important.
It is common for police to do this with dog bites. It’s not common when the dog is bitting them and they are there because it’s bitten others or for other reasons. Just saying. But by all means, argue. I wasn’t the one who brought it up. I just agreed with the post.
Ummm again I wasn’t the poster to note the discrepancy. More than happy to be the whipping child but if said dog bit someone and then went after an officer, then yeah, the dog is normally put in the hands of animal control.
So either the story is embellished or the PD is extremely lenient. Which is bad.
I was responding to the post that @MorganSercu made and she said the dog bit the cop.
So maybe investigate your comprehension skills? Cuz you quoted my post which included the post.
Ugh…
So, why do you (general you) think she ended up shot by MB?
a)MB took the weapon along as a threat/warning because he felt concerned and things got out of control for some reasons TBD
b) he felt like shooting her so he did, just for kicks
c) he took it with the intent to shoot her
d) the farrier did it
No, you took it at face value, though to many the errors were evident, and doubled down on suggesting that these (wrong) details meant those reporting the details were unreliable, to be doubted.
That was MY screw-up. I skimmed the post and mistakenly came away with the notion that the dog bit the police officer.
And no, dogs have been hauled in despite no prior incidents in their lives and with up-to-date vaccination records in my home state. in addition, despite the animal hearing board meetings that are SUPPOSED TO BE PUBLIC AND PUBLIC RECORD in my home county - they aren’t which is infuriating. You call and they won’t tell you (not unlike the TSP Board meetings - also open to the public but no one answers the phone or returns calls to tell you when they are scheduled). No idea about how NJ handles dog bites on state or local level.
I don’t take the word of internet strangers if their story conflicts with what I know IRL. It struck me as curious. As well as other things. I didn’t double down on anything. I agreed with a poster. By all means continue to draw and quarter me. Better yet? Ignore my IRL posts that conflict with your perceived reality.
Thank you
Because MB obtained a gun and used it. I’m also willing to bet the police, prosecution and defense have the test results for gun shot residue. Crazy right? The police, prosecutor, and defense don’t give out ALL the details until after the fact?
If he struggled for the gun good on him. If he brought it? Yikes! I’m just not willing to say either way.
The last bit I bolded is the important part to remember.
my car was totaled and I was injured when a lady ran a redlight/stop sign (she had both).
she got zero tickets.
Same intersection, fatal accident, the person who caused the fatality was not sobriety checked. It is NY state law that it’s required in a fatal accident.
Another person I met in the course of my ventures in attempting to hold that driver accountable for creaming my car shared the driver who hit and totalled his Ford F350 admitted to looking down at her phone causing the accident… no ticket.
Police don’t always do what they are supposed to do.
umm where is there a stop sign and lights at an intersection? Oh and FYI police follow procedure when it’s them being attacked. But I agree they don’t always follow procedure.
,at route 6 and mountain rd, port jervis N.Y., where people routinely run the stop sign, so we got a flashing red, that they still run.
Too many on this thread have now adopted the “shoot the messenger” attitude, similar to current national politics. Nothing I have posted as fact is made up, embellished, victim shaming or anything else, other than fact. My speculation is MB went to the house after CPS left in a complete and utter rage to confront them and was attacked full force by three beings. LK was shot in the scuffle. MB was arrested. LK is the ONLY person I know who stated who owned the gun.
I’m sure many want some of us to post how lovely Lauren Kanarek is, how wonderful she treats people and how unfair it is for people to say she reaped what she sowed. None of these Lauren Kanarek supporters or armchair speculators know her or have seen her in action. Until they do, they have absolutely no idea what joy this woman receives in antagonizing others. I have no idea why she is the way she is and frankly, I don’t care. She is an adult who has been enabled to continue her behavior all her life. Perhaps this will be a wake-up call for her to get much-needed help but I doubt it since she is hellbent on vengeance, particularly against Mary Haskins Gray for some reason.
Hopefully, the arraignment will be held within the next 3 weeks and shed more light on next steps. Until then, I believe Michael Barisone acted in self-defense and diminished mental capacity based on the circumstances of the 3 weeks prior to August 7.
Kanarek has posted she is on her way back to NC after Rob takes her to see “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil”. NC will be prepared for her visit. I’m sure the person in NC who has a cyberstalking warrant out for her will be pleased with this news.
No one is supporting LK. At least not that I’m aware of. And sorry I don’t take the word of “eggbutt” internet stranger. Sorry you think that those of us who question what you write are LK supporters. I have no dog in this fight but clearly you do. Good luck with the diminished mental capacity part.
And really, she’s as bad as SW. Why on earth was nothing said?
ETA: Either you are so juvenile as to pick up an internet battle for your friends, or you’re not speculating and are relevant to the case. I hope you’re relevant.
I was hoping you’d pick the ignore option. So with that, I’ll do my best to ignore you.
Who said it wasn’t?
:lol::lol::lol:
Exactly. Clearly it was. She was is notorious.
I mean on here. We always get threads about “this crazy person at the barn.” Blah blah blah. I mean if I knew she was as nutty as she is and was inclined to post that sort of stuff I would name names. Then again as soon as the crazy made my hair stand on end I’d get the cops involved.
Perfectly stated!
