I know. Hence my question about a reliable source.
You may be completely healed by the time this thing is over!
Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
Was it ever determined who owns the property? I vaguely remember people saying LK was posting the owners wanted her back, others saying thatâs not true, and some people mentioning MB actually owns the property.
Is that viewing room where MB and fiance were living, I wonder.
Not much privacy there.
I believe itâs an LLC, with MBs name as one entity of LLC.
I think the barn living area is beautiful! I do wonder why no pics of the house are included. Right now in Hunterdon County NJ (where I live) there are a few 2m horse properties for sale. Itâs a horsey area, but apparently not enough buyers for this kind of property.
Apparently the âreal ownersâ didnât want LK to stay so badly, did they.
I bet MB as a majority owner is electing to sell for the money (plus, what does someone in prison need a horse farm for?). LK should buy it, since she is a wealthy connoisseur. See, it all works out. ha.
Oy. The AP picked up the story, but not the correction about MBâs Olympic record. So now the Washington Post also has the most basic facts wrong.
Well, wasnât he was part of the Olympic team as a reserve. It states he won the team Bronze, it all depends on what you consider the team. I am sure he felt he was part of the team and contributed to the win. Generally in sports all team members are part of the team, even the bench warmers.
No. But if the dog never went down to the barn that does not surprise me.
His student Ali Brock was on the 2016 team that won a bronze medal. MB wasnât reserve for that team; he was reserve for 2008 when the US team did not medal.
Can anyone see the blood stains on the grass in the pictures?
Sorry, I know thatâs bad but I couldnât resist. Is that the porch though that she was sitting on in the last few pics?
Property sale history is interesting.
Last sold in 1998 for $270k. I am guessing it might have not looked like it does now. Also, if the jury is a bunch of regular people I am not sure MB should go the route âI had to live in the barnâÂ. Jury sees those pictures there wonât be much sympathy. Sad thing is everyone would have been leaving for Florida by now and could have just gone their separate ways.
I stand corrected. Thank you.
Going to be able to afford a good lawyer with that money!
Not that anyone cares about my opinion but it is time for me to tune out. Initially I was interested in facts about the case but what we have now is to see who can âout speculateâ whom. Same group of posters repeating their theories over and over again. Time for me to find another channel.
I will admit that was my first thought too. Where is all the forever blood spots?
Come for the news, stay for the random cat fights.
And yeah, that barn is like infinitely nicer than the house I live in. I would happily live there.
I am just going to chime in on a couple of things: first of all, in the NJ statute cited regarding carrying a gun, it says it is unlawful to possess a gun unless on your own property, etc. Ownership of said gun is not mentioned, at least in that quote.
Secondly, while forensics might be the be-all, end-all, a lot of what the âevidenceâ will show depends on the resources of LE and the municipality. A lot of local LE and towns do not have millions to spend on analysis, man hours, etc. Even if this LE decides to throw the budget at this case, no telling what shape the scene was in when they arrived. I hardly think someone threw up yellow tape and said, âNobody touch or move anythingâ. Oh, and, âEverybody just stay where you areâŠâ And, yes, the latter statement is meant to be somewhat tongue-in-cheek. The point being, LE budgets matter.
LK is saying on her FB page that sheâll be heading to Florida soon. Itâll be interesting to hear how that plays out. I imagine there will be very low tolerance among the other riders, i.e. MH and anyone who is friendly with MH or MB, for any bullying on her part.
